I am pretty new to posting reviews hence why I didn’t write this review earlier. I had a very negative experience at this location a while ago, but I am making this review now because I think there should be some accountability for how the owner treats her customers.
I used to love Booster Juice and I used to drop by this location frequently to get the Matcha Monsoon. It was my favourite drink. Unfortunately one day my drink didn’t taste right. I couldn’t taste the matcha at all, and it just tasted overly sweet, like straight frozen yogurt. I wasn’t going to drink it. Again, I was a regular customer so I knew what it should taste like. I brought the drink back, and the lady working there started arguing with me, even though I was being respectful, and she just kept invalidating my concerns. She did not offer to make me a new drink, and also refused to give me a refund. It turned out that she was the owner. She complained that it costs her money to run the business and buy all the ingredients, hence why I can’t get a refund or have my drink remade. I’m sorry but that’s not the customers problem! As a customer, I’m expecting quality and consistency. If I’m paying over $7 for a drink, you better believe that I will be coming back and asking you to either remake it or for a refund it if it doesn’t taste right.
When you’re running a business, it’s your job to take customer concerns seriously and make things right with your customer. That’s no way to run a business or talk to your customers. The only reason you’re in business is because of your customers so treat them with respect. Anyway I got the refund after going back and forth for some time.
Multiple people have also told me that whenever this lady specifically is working, the drinks do not taste good. She makes the drinks differently from the other staff. I can’t speak on her behalf, but I’m assuming she holds back on some of the ingredients to save money, considering the comment she had made to me.
It’s clear I’m not alone in having a bad experience here. The 3.6 google rating speaks for itself.

I tried pirates booster juice at this location but it’s consistency is just low grade and just contains water in it as haven’t asked for ice in but it still feels like water and i have tried same one in other locations(Toronto union station) but the quality and quantity was too good.

Denied me because I had a dog , when I went there a few months ago with my dog and no issues. Fun fact their mascot is booster the dog and now their rejecting their customers. I won't be coming back , it's a joke
