I've never thought of checking reviews at a food court before but I should've. They give you like 1/3 of the portions of a regular place I wasn't looking until I paid and sat down.

Honestly the worse bourbon location. The lady prepping the food gave one scoop of chicken, the skewer of meat was cold. Don't go here. Terrible food terrible service. One scoop of chicken, like 7 pieces ... For almost 20 bucks, get something else.

I was there with my family Bramlea City centre location (Bourbon). It was very disgusting people working there , don’t know English even manager also, service was so so bad. Touching hair and served customers, old food mixing with new food, food portion was less.That’s why all family members are sick. Be careful! Health department should see this.

I got food poisoning from this location on December 29th 2024. I was puking for 8 hours straight and I was out of commission for the whole day, bed ridden with the worst chills known to man. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They treated very badly , we visted first time , i wanted to buy food for my husband , i was little unware about it . She talk very rudly , did not help me to select food bcz when she was serving she served in hurry , gave me a tasteless food . After that food , my husband had a stomach pain . They made our experience very very bad.

I have bought food from this restaurant for over 15 years but had been for awhile. While the food is tasty the portion is ridiculous. I counted 7 small pieces of chicken severed with my order. This is not value for money. In the past you would get two serving spoons full. Now the servers are barely giving you one spoonful. Very disappointed.

I do not have any issues with the food. The food is delicious, service consistent, and staff efficient.

On two separate occasions, I ordered meals online via Uber Eats. Both times, the order was picked up by couriers on a bike (this was the first warning sign). Unless delivering to nearby condos/ apartments, this was suspicious. The second warning sign was the ever increasing delivery time. Needless to say, the orders were never delivered.

When contacting the 'couriers', they seemed confused and were not helpful. This is clearly a scam for free meals and Bourbon St. Grill appears to be the preference for these bad actors.

Please be advised if ordering online.
