Rip off place. I been going to Bourbon Chicken for over 10 years . This is by far the worst location. Pure fraud. I got the upgraded combo of no rice or noddles just 2 meats and 1 veg. 90% of my plate was broccoli. Even the two sections of meat were full of brocoli on the bottom. Avoid this location.

Not wat it used to be. Theyre trained to be cheap on the meats now. Theyre part of the business that just care about the dollar and not about the customer. Look at the bad review they have. Lowest rated place ive seen in a long time

This place is now serving half the food they used to serve and raised their prices. Last time im eating there. I work hard for my money and im gonna go spend it some place thats worth it!

$16 for 1 scoop of bourbon chicken and 2 small price of blackend fish. WHAT A RIP OFF I could of gone to oceans for $13.55 give me double the food even fish

Rude staff need to be trained well

Food is good, but they rob you from the portions. I’ve been here 3-5 times this year, and the container is never full.

If you go to the shoppers world location, they always give you the best servings and fill your container to the max. You get what you pay for, I most likely won’t come back to the bramalea location anymore.

I've never thought of checking reviews at a food court before but I should've. They give you like 1/3 of the portions of a regular place I wasn't looking until I paid and sat down.

Honestly the worse bourbon location. The lady prepping the food gave one scoop of chicken, the skewer of meat was cold. Don't go here. Terrible food terrible service. One scoop of chicken, like 7 pieces ... For almost 20 bucks, get something else.

Worst staff - worst food ever - don't know how they are operating

I was there with my family Bramlea City centre location (Bourbon). It was very disgusting people working there , don’t know English even manager also, service was so so bad. Touching hair and served customers, old food mixing with new food, food portion was less.That’s why all family members are sick. Be careful! Health department should see this.
