I recently visited the food court, and while the food was decent, I was really disappointed by the behavior of the cleaning staff. They were incredibly rude and seemed more interested in chatting loudly with each other than actually cleaning. Tables were left uncleared, and when I asked them to wipe down a table, I was met with an eye roll and a dismissive attitude. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

It is so hard to find a clean table, no cleaning is being done, it was so clean during covid and now it's nasty. Choice of food is terrible, junk food together with asian or indian food

Personally my experience was not good I ordered on popeyes the order taker didn’t listen me carefully what i have order and then she gave us wrong order and I mad a chicken strips combo & she didn’t gave us our drink so my experience was awful on popeyes at bcc.
I'm not happy because of the store Orogold. This store kidnaps an unaware shopper by feeding them lies and not allowing them to leave unless you buy the product they want you to buy. I am ashamed that I got scammed at the BCC. Who would have thought I could receive so much grief by just going to the mall.
Worst part you can't return anything. I only bought because I couldn't get out of the store very high pressure sales. �
