The food is always fresh and yummy, cashiers hands over great customer service. I like how clean it is and atmosphere. Worth a try.

Not bad, a bit overpriced... and it seems as though the manager guy really expects a certain tip percentage otherwise he is less friendly.

I've reserved a table yesterday using opentable for our Valentines day dinner. Couple of hours later I received a voice mail informing that I need to pay $50 to keep my reservation active. I didn't read this policy anywhere while booking. Soon I received another email confirming that my reservation was cancelled. They didn't even wait for my call for any decisions. wow.

Adequate food and service. The aroma of windex graced the restaurant (I was hoping it would smell like food). I also had the joy of helping set my own table (I’m not sure if they were going for the interactive, team-building theme). The waiter was clearly upset about having to be at work (not one smile or pleasant comment the entire time). I was surprised by how bland all the food was. In an effort to be polite, I didn’t ask for salt during the shared app course. By the main course I caved and seasoned the food. As a side note, I take these reviews seriously. The restaurant business has always been challenging enough without people who felt a draft rating it one star and describing it as the worst experience ever. For this reason, I typically don’t review restaurants that are less than 5 stars (let market forces sort them out). A high percentage of my 140 reviews are all 5 stars. It is with carful judgement and consideration that I rate Bucatini 3 stars.

I celebrated my nomination this evening in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we had a tremendous evening and the place was no doubt one of the reasons for this fruitful evening. The crew collaborated in a splendid manner, the food was great and my buddies were so thrilled. We shall absolutely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

I dined at Bucatini with my husband and a friend. From the starters to dessert, everything was impeccable. Great atmosphere, good service- you get what you pay for. I recommend the espresso creme brulee, unique and tasty. A special thank you to Vince for taking care of us - we had a wonderful time, accompanied by a wonderful meal.

The food here is absolutely amazing and the staff is very friendly! There are a lot of vegetarian options which I appreciate. The creamy sauces aren’t too heavy, which is nice. The atmosphere is very nice—classy and cozy.

Food was a disappointment. Gnocchi was not good. Overpriced food for such little portions. Restaurant location is by a bunch of factories so I don’t know the reason for pricey food, especially with the portion size. Compare it to My Cousin Vinny’s in Niagara as both restaurants share the same price ranges, however you get so much more food there AND they’re located by a casino, so price is understandable. Do better Bucatini. There are much better Italian restaurants for your money’s worth.

It was absolutely an excellent experience. Vince the owner, made our visit very enjoyable. He is very funny too. The food was delicious!!! Not one complaint about our meals. Everyone was drooling over their meals. Even talked about it on our way home. We happened to come here by chance just to try something new. It was a pleasant surprise and we will be coming back for sure.

Definitely the best Italian restaurant I have ever been too. The food was amazing great portions and the service was excellent. The owner made the night even better he is a great person. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing service and great food. Owner Vinnie is a gem! The Pappardelle Funghi was the best. Thanks for the Vinnie special, easy to pronounce ;) and tasty!
