the food is fantastic no complaints about food. my concern is the customer service that's zero the girl serving on the drive thru phone is so dumb i had go around 3 times to get my order correct. she doesn't even bother to listen to what i was asking for she just walks away giving me somebody's else's food. this is the 3rd time it has happened to me and all the time it's the same girl i always come here for my late night food is always the best but this girl serving now at 12:30am is not up to the mark
I’ve been coming to this burger since i was a child and the service definitely has gone down hill in the recent years. Service rep insisted I was lying about being there before when I confronted about an additional charge for an item that was never charged before during my previous visits.

I'm an american living in Canada, and I've been to countless BK's through the states, from California to New York, and this is by far the best burger king I've been to. I work close by, so visit relatively regularly (1-2 times/month) and every time I go through the drive through, its quick, even when the line is 3-4 cars deep. My burger looks like it does in the commercials, the fries are always hot, etc. etc. etc.
