I am absolutely disgusted with my recent experience at Burger King. Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the service was beyond atrocious. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, only to be handed the wrong items when I finally got to the counter. It's like they didn’t care at all. The manager was completely unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. Instead of offering an apology or taking any responsibility, they acted like it was my fault for expecting the correct order in the first place! The whole experience was a waste of time, and I left hungry and angry. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this, I won’t be coming back anytime soon. This location seriously needs better management and staff training because this was unacceptable on every level.

Harpreet the girl at Drive Thru who served me for the breakfast she was 10 on 10 .
Making sure my Sandwiches 2 for 7 was done right instead of 2 sandwiches I got 4 sandwiches just because she was delivering a great customer service.
She made my day more brighter and Shiny.

Today, I drove by drive through this location and bought a combo with 2 lemonades. To my disappointment, I noticed they gave me water instead of the lemonades. I've been trying to call this location but it's saying the number cannot receive incoming calls. I'm very very disappointed and would like a refund. This poor service must stop, this is literally daylight robbery. I will be going to this location tomorrow, hopefully, I will get my money back. I also noticed the receipt was not put in the bag. Very very dissatisfied!
Hire people who can communicate in our two official languages please. That was customer don't have to repeat orders a hundred time and still get it wrong

I was just at the restaurant and ordered food at the self check out and they gave my food to another white guy just cuz he walking in at the same time as me I had to get my food from the white guy who didnt work at the restaurant... how is that acceptable?

August 28th 12:10am to 12:35am sat in drive through line. The manager spent the entire time going through receipts as if to tally up total sales for the day. She did not take or make orders as line piled up and cars started honking. The longest I’ve waited and the worst it has ever been. 25mins in the line, no sorry, no reason, just kept saying hold on. Zero star for this customer service.
