I asked for freshly cooked food.. Chicken was dried up and rubbery.. Even said fresh on receipt.. I don't get these restaurants that want to cook food 3 to 6hrs prior to serving.. Next time I'll go back and shove it up there as_

First time best experience 😍 at this store,I went around 3 am,wasn't thinking to put a review,but now,I guess,I should,the manager was handling everything 👍 alone from taking orders to getting hot and fresh food ready 😊, I asked her if she was alone, very politely 🙂, she told me her colleague is doing dishes, she had so many cars, but, was handling everything cool and calmly💫. Respect to her,if I'm not wrong, her name is NAVI, I have also worked in such busy restaurants, but, the way,she was working is awesome,(Manager for a reason I would say)🫡🫡
Ordered two veggie burger combos and while eating felt a bad taste, turned burger upside down and there was a big mold on bottom bread, absolutely disgusting. I don't get how they can serve rotten bread to customers. Major health concerns. Definitely taking this further to the food authorities. Totally unacceptable.

The staff at this store at Queen and airport rd Brampton soooooo bad. I order a snack box with chicken nugget and the guy refuse to give me nugget sauce. He says cause only if you buy nuggets my themself. He ask manager and manager say same thing. I ask for my money back and they fight me then throw a bbq sauce in my tray. Soooo rude.

Very rude customer service, very partial lady dont even know how to talk to someone, the food was good but it the atmosphere was very negative because of her. Really disappointed by that. But will never visit again at this location
