I went through the drive-thru this morning at around 6am. Initially, they declined to take my order and simply stated that they couldn't process it. When I inquired about the reason, she mentioned that their system was updating and I would need to wait for about 5 minutes. After waiting, I placed my order at the drive-thru, and when I reached the payment window, I informed the lady that I had a SPC card for a discount. She responded by saying that she didn’t have a scanner. After asking once more, I went ahead and made the payment. I then waited for my order at the window for 10 minutes. The service was quite poor. My experiences at other Burger King locations have been good in comparison.

Horrible experience here. Customer service is really bad. Online order and still had to wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes even though there were only two people in line. Then they still got the order wrong and I had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes to get it right.

Night shift worker is toooooo slow
As this is second time in this week that i reverse my car from drive thru as each car is taking 10 min atleast to serve
Need to change the worker for night shift
