I really love Burger King but sometimes the employees here can be very rude or have an attitude (that’s not to say all the employees are terrible) It wasn’t a one time bad experience but constantly. I once ordered through the drive through and I was confused about something and the lady responded in the most condescending rude sassy tone. I was the only car in the drive thru. Then she started to critique the way I parked. It was the older Indian lady with a mole. I don’t understand how hard it is to be a little nicer

I asked the associate to make sure my burger patty was fresh off the grill. She said yes! When I drove to the window another person took my payment. He was very unfriendly and looked upset. When I got home - the burger was cold! The beef patty was stale and the condiments were limp and soggy. I will never got to this location again!!

On Thursday march 6 I got a chicken jr with poutine for my child for lunch. Dropped it off to school and after eating his burger he has gotten a bacterial infection according to the doctors from the food he ate. So meaning it was contaminated or not cooked properly. My son has been vomiting with food poison. Burger King here really needs to watch its employee of how they handle their food. I know I am. It going to this location anymore.

Consumer service isn't great. She got my order wrong and gave me attitude when corrected. She was to busy having personal conversations with other employees instead of being focus on what I ordered. Definitely need a more professionalism.
