I was over charged on my order whopper Wednesday is soppose to be 8 dollars plus tax I was charged 9 dollars plus tax I notice the price was been manipulated while I was placing the order and the fact I had to ask for my receipt confirmed it

I visited this Burger King location tonight (Sunday around 9 PM), and unfortunately it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The customer service was disappointing from the moment I walked in—no greeting, no acknowledgment, and we immediately felt rushed.

Our order was messed up multiple times, and when we asked for it to be fixed or for a refund, the employees refused to help. There seemed to be confusion about the menu and procedures, which made the entire interaction frustrating. The communication was unclear, and the overall service felt unprofessional and poorly managed.

Employees Chagwell and Kumal. Two ladies were awful. Rude and just unprofessional. The lack of training and customer service standards at this location is genuinely alarming. It reflects directly on management, and they should step in immediately before this store loses even more customers.

If you want a good Burger King experience, I strongly recommend visiting the Burger King near Langstaff instead. This location, unfortunately, will leave you disappointed and frustrated.

I hope management sees this and takes action quickly.

I usually visit this location and have no problems at the drive thru. This time I decided to order through delivery because of the free delivery on Boxing Day. I wish I hadn’t because I ended up missing a burger on my order. I called this location and they told me they cannot issue me a refund or deliver me a burger because it was delivered through door dash which is a third party. I call DoorDash to resolve this and they tell me they cannot issue me a refund as they do not have my information since I ordered through the Burger King app. I then call this location 3x and they do not pick up. Horrible service and lack of attention. I was hosting an event and one person was left without a burger. At the end of the day I have no burger, no refund and my evening has been ruined.

Lunch time and they don't have people to provide customer service. Store was empty by the way.
I walked out as not all of us can afford to wait indefinitely for fast food.
Hire more people or shut down the store, it's not that complicated.

The food was fresh and the order came out quickly. Staff were polite and the place was clean. Good for a quick bite when you’re in the area. Drive-thru service was smooth, but the taste was standard BK—nothing special, nothing bad.

We ordered mozzarella sticks at this Burger King location. They were fresh, but several pieces were broken — something I’ve never seen at other Burger King locations. The tables were also dirty and had visible residues on them. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem welcoming or friendly; no one smiled, and it felt like they didn’t really want to serve customers.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience compared to the usual Burger King standards.

I went through the drive through lady was extremely disrespectful when I asked her if she has any ice-cream. And told me the machine was broken I later asked if she could just give me whipped cream in a small cup and I’d pay for that she told me they didn’t have any whipped cream and shut the window on me. Staff here are extremely rude.
