I went through the drive through lady was extremely disrespectful when I asked her if she has any ice-cream. And told me the machine was broken I later asked if she could just give me whipped cream in a small cup and I’d pay for that she told me they didn’t have any whipped cream and shut the window on me. Staff here are extremely rude.

I went to a drive-thru today Sunday afternoon there was no one there the french fries were cold the fish was cold dry the burger was okay when the french fries were replaced they were like nails hard as a rock I took a bite of my fish it was dry and heard very disappointed very disappointed for the money I spent $20 in the garbage this franchise needs to pay a little bit more attention disappointing that they're not even busy they can't even cook a fresh meal I'd like a refund I've saved the bill franchise owner should be aware. Last time I was here they asked me to wait in the parking lot I waited for over 20 minutes they forgot to bring me my meal I had the phone number I believe this location needs to to be reviewed by head office

Was really peeved, I ordered a double whopper with no onions and heavey pickles. It had onions and no pickles. I also ordered an impossible whopper that was fine, and I also ordered a hamburger that if you look on the receipt you can see that what I ordered is not the same on there. I was almost home and realized that there was no hamburger, so I had to turn around cause I was charged for something I didn't get, so you could guess I was pissed. When I got home, I looked at the hamburger, and you can see in the picture that there was nothing on it, and the fries container was half full, and only 1 of the combos had fries. Your staff don't care or they wouldn't mess up like this all the time. Sorry to say, but years ago, this wouldn't fly with the managers . Quality Quality, not speed.

Hey there. Unfortunately the food yesterday gave both me and and a friend quite a bit of food poison. I am unsure if perhaps it was some sort of cross contamination or out of date items but we both got heavily sick after eating.

Something was wrong with the food. That did not have the regular taste. I believe that the chicken sandwich, was out of date. The staff was friendly no issue with that but to keep the start low I have to give a one star.
