Extremely poor customer service experience!
I placed an order through SkipTheDishes for Burrito Bandidos in Brampton. The full menu was available at the time of ordering. After the order was placed, I received a call stating they could not prepare the items because the fryer was broken. No alternative options or solutions were offered. The representative, Parvinder Kaur, communicated in a very unprofessional manner and instead of attempting to resolve the issue, pushed for the order to be cancelled, which ultimately resulted in cancellation. This experience reflects a lack of basic customer service and operational preparedness. If items cannot be made, the menu should be updated accordingly on the delivery platform to avoid wasting customers’ time. Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to try the food and based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. Reference: order #733507412

Im forced to write this review today. Me and my friends are regulars at this place as we work in the same plaza. Our regular person is Sakshi, she is sooo good, makes the best burritos for us. But she recently just went on her mat leave and this new lady who has been making the burritos is so rude to all of us. We have had multiple encounters with this woman and today she literally told me that if I need sauce in my burrito, I need to order a bowl as she can’t wrap the burritos. She should clearly quit if she can’t do her job. Two stars cz I like their food and Sakshi. Can’t wait for her to come back so I can visit them again.

went to order, instead of saying oh i suggest you get something else; she shakes her head and then says it’ll take too much time, acted like she didn’t want me to get food from there. honestly sucks this is my go to burrito spot for their bowls but oh well time for some new. Service terrible the atmosphere is literally dead, I seen two customers walk out with no food so I assume the same happened with them, that being said their food is good just sucks they hire people who don’t care

Update after 4 years: unfortunately all good things must come to an end. Service has gone down and food portion and freshness as well. Not sure if ill be back.

I ordered bean cheese burrito and I clearly mentioned for light spice but its extra hot.. I even could not take a single bite when I called them ... the lady was so rude on call and said we sell like that. Very poor customer service.

I came in Friday August 8 and 1pm I ordered the loaded nacho and chicken quesadillas. The portion was great the food tasted great and the service was amazing it was one girl she was very sweet helpful and kind will come back when I am in the area

Very good service. The staff listens to your preferences patiently and gives honest recommendations. Tried the mango avacado beans salad and veg bean burrito bowl and burrito from here and found the food fresh and delicious.
