Ordered the loaded steak nachos thru uber eats roughly about 17 dollars for a box of nachos that are suppose to be loaded but clearly can’t see anything loaded expect for a layer of sauce and cheese and for the 1.49 extra for shredded cheese seems like I got a spoon full sprinkled , so you be the judge from the pics, cause I’ve gotten a hefty amount of toppings buying nachos at burrito boyz at a cheaper price, and trust me can you tell from the pics how much Steak was really in the order , it seemed like a tablespoon of all toppings and just sauce to cover it all up

Worst taste over priced they sell regular bowl as large and large as huge and in huge portion is less than the regular one so guess what the sold in regular one if you are hungry won't go to this location very bad taste and it won't fill your stomach and prices are also very expensive as compared to other burrito stores in also attached the photo of their huge bowl pathetic

Placed an order a while ago for 2 shrimp burrito bowl via uber eats and got disappointed with it. Right off the bat it doesn't look good and I tried to taste it - doesn't taste fresh. Called up the store and raised my concern and they said this was made fresh but obviously it is not. Store Manager tried to bribe me into replacing it with what I want but why would I do that if I get food poison in return. I have been ordering on this place every now and then but this is beyond unimaginable grief. I hope they get inspected and rectify what is wrong with how they operate.

The chubby girl was working when I got a chicken burrito on Monday morning, and she completely ruined it. It was mushy and tasteless, with too much oil in the rice and even the chicken. I even got a food poisoning I think the owner ought to handle these matters.

On Sunday December 1, 2024 between 8pm and 9pm, I ordered a mango chicken burrito bowl with a drink. It cost about 20 dollars. When I got home I discovered that the bowl was smelling foul. I was hungry so I took a bite and it also did not taste right so i had to throw it away. I'm not sure what the problem was but something in the bowl may have been rotten.
I come here a lot and it used to be great. The quality and value have decreased and my experience this time was annoying enough for me to write this review.
For what it's worth, the girl who was working at the time was friendly and nice as usual.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The chicken was far from fresh, the fries tasted like they were cooked in old, dirty oil, and the service was terrible. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I am updating my review from 5 stars to 1. When they opened up initially, the food was great and the service was fantastic.
Went back today and chicken was cold. The service was super bad. The quality has gone down significantly.
Will not be coming back again. Sad to see this place going down.
Chicken mango burrito had NO FLAVOR at all! Chicken was over cooked and rubbery, the mango chunks put into the burrito were GREEN with no flavour. The “add on”ingredients looks like they were sitting out for atleast 2 days. The “cilantro” was NOT cilantro… it was italian parsley. And finally… the guacamole, was an added charge… yet, was brutally watered down and brown. That tells me it is NOT fresh done on thy day.
All in all… if you want Burrito’s, avoid this location.
