I ordered bean cheese burrito and I clearly mentioned for light spice but its extra hot.. I even could not take a single bite when I called them ... the lady was so rude on call and said we sell like that. Very poor customer service.

I came in Friday August 8 and 1pm I ordered the loaded nacho and chicken quesadillas. The portion was great the food tasted great and the service was amazing it was one girl she was very sweet helpful and kind will come back when I am in the area

Very disappointed with the amount of stuffing in a burrito. No rice, and beans are hard to find. It's the thinnest burrito I have eaten from any burrito place. I understand it was made by a trainee, but the supervisor was observing her and suggesting and she passed the quality of it. Please improve your portions.

One of the worst burritos I’ve ever had. I ordered a bowl, and it was an absolute mess. They dumped in so much lettuce it felt like I was eating a shredded salad, not a proper burrito bowl. The sautéed chicken somehow made things worse—dry, bland, and oddly greasy. There was zero balance or flavor, just disappointment in a container. My taste buds were genuinely hurt. If I ever crave the worst burrito bowl experience again, this is the place to go.
