Used to be a regular here, until occupied by new owners. Really disappointed by the service. Burrito boyz used to known for heartfull amount of topping and serving. New owner is really cheap and will ask you for extra money for every single thing. Will not go back there. Ordered large chicken burrito, reg bean and cheese and burrito bowl. Ive been eating here for awhile and at first it was amazing as written in my review below. However the past 6 times I've ordered the steak was chewy and not chopped properly. Like everytime I bite my burrito its a giant string of meat. After four bites im left with nothing but veg. It doesn't need to be a fine ground but some effort will be necessary. I want to order it right now, but I've been let down so many times on this and with the portion sizes and pricing. My money is better off somewhere else.
This location by far has the nicest, friendliest, kindest, appreciative staff I've ever seen across all industries. The food is extremely fresh. I've been eating burrito boys since there was only one in Brampton & I've witness it change over the years. I believe this location is under new management, and they really create a welcoming atmosphere. Multiple visits in the past month and it's been consistently fresh and amazing!

I ordered a surprise bag from the Burrito Boyz location on Steeles through TooGoodToGo. The pickup window was between 3:00 AM and 4:30 AM. I arrived at 4:08 AM, but they refused to serve me. If youâre going to close earlier, donât list the wrong pickup hours on the app. Very disappointing also did not received any âsorryâ just learn customer service

Being there regular customer from last three years,i ordered burrito through uber eats and forget to add protein on the side, i called the restaurant to please add it and charge me for that, but she was not willing to do some extra work and declined it, honestly i order from here every week and doesnât expect this kind of service.
