I order from here all the time for gluten free. They messed up the order and the burrito was stuck to the foil. Has never happened before. When I talked to them, they lied and said it was busy and forgot. Said foil sticks every time which is not true as someone who gets it from the same location. Didn’t do anything about it. Said it was busy, which is wasn’t when I went. 0 customer service skills even toward loyal customers

When I called them about it, and instead of addressing the issue, they argued with me, insisting and she was rude with me. Then she told me to talk to the manager. I went to the store and talked about the food.
