Calypso hut has been around forever and they have some of the most authentic West Indian Chinese food flat out. They are one of the few Guyanese restaurants that have Char siu red fried chicken just like in Guyana at some places.

The owner was very rude and has a bad attitude towards other restaurants. The food comes in small portions are the price isn’t justified.

food was mediocre, owner was impolite. Food also made my stomach sick (the pepper shrimp)

They have the best West Indian Chinese buffet in the West end of Toronto.

I like the atmosphere and music but the problem is the music is too loud that they couldn’t hear my order properly and messed up. It was also my fault that I didn’t check the order. For dine in I think the place is very good.

We bought there special chicken fried rice, special chicken chowmein and BBQ duck. I could give no star and i would never recommend this place to no one food is garbage don’t waste your money.

Great food , great drinks. My husband can’t stop talking about the wings. We wish this restaurant was in in New York or New Jersey.

I came into this Caribbean restaurant with high expectations but my disappointment was immeasurable. The restaurant was empty and it took me one and a half hours to get food. Along with that, I found a feather in my chicken and the broccoli and peppers weee thrown into my food with no care. This is a shame to Caribbean food and nobody should EVER come to this place. This is heights of dissatisfaction and this establishment should be shut down
