I am an Anglo with a Guyanese husband. I love a good curry roti. After trying this restaurant I don’t want Caribbean flavours anywhere else. Great chicken curry; best doubles I ever tasted. I liked everything we ordered. Great service too. If you want the real thing you won’t be disappointed. It’s worth the drive to Brampton.

Discovered this hidden gem in Brampton and boy was I happy ! As a culinary chef I always look for quality home made meals and this place doesn’t disappoint ! Order the 1/4 jerk rice and peas plate it was super delicious! Rice and peas and chicken were cooked perfectly !!! The peppa sauce was amazing too not overwhelming heat just the right amount ❤️ 5 stars all around , support your local spot ! Respect

Corn soup and chili chicken were great. They have special nights for parties to go with a group and other days during the week where they prepare some unique dishes from Trinidad that brings everyone out to try. Great place to grab food or hang out with drinks.

Chicken is very dry, chicken on top, and the hot sauce has no taste, just vinegar, Small potion of chu su pork. Price is fair .... Don't think I will visit anymore, food needs more flavors.

I was driving around looking for a new lunch spot and decided to try Caribbean Flavors on a whim, without checking any reviews first. I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The rice was perfectly cooked—moist and not dry at all—and the chicken was crispy and well-seasoned. This definitely beats many fried rice spots in my book. The atmosphere inside was great, with comfortable seating and good music playing. I highly recommend this place for lunch!

Waited 15 minutes for food to take away. The good: Order lady and Gentleman were very nice, friendly and polite! Ordered Curry chicken and rice and peas (kidney beans). Rice was cooked perfectly, really nice. Chicken curry sauce was strong and tasty. They also gave me a sample of Goat curry, nice. The bad: Rice and Peas was very very salty. Chicken curry portion was small and spread out to look like it was generous. Goat curry was under seasoned and the meat was really tough and chewy. That meat needed another hour in the stew pot for sure ;)
