Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻♀️

will never be back again. ordered food online (and paid). arrived at store to find they are closed. company NEVER issued a refund, rather, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. The company only reached out once saying they intended on making things right but NEVER DID. This place has the worst customer service EVER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

There’s a guy named Daniel at this location. He’s able to do if not faster what five guys are capable to do at the square one location. You should give this guy a raise. I absolutely love his hospitality.

I find a piece of hair in my food, called them to let them know and they gave me the run around. At first, they asked me my name and said they wrote it down, and that they could remake it, which i agreed I’ll pick it up the next day. I called to let them know I’ll be there to pick it up, and they swore up and down they had no clue who I was or what I was talking about. I asked for the manager and every time she wasn’t available. Bad customer service and they didn’t care at all. Not to mention, I spent 40 something dollars that day because my kids wanted to eat there as well. I haven’t eaten there since and I’m still mad about this situation because they lied!!!! I will NEVER eat there again!! This was the Bert Kouns store inside of the gas station in Shreveport, Louisiana
Absolutely horrible. Ground up beef, ordered no green peppers got home and loaded with them. Meat barely covered the bread. Won’t be back!

When you ask for a small drink at the Capitol Coty Mall location they purposely give you a large to make more money. Gotta repeat that you want a small two or three times so they don’t screw you over.

Judging by the reviews, it seems to me that people are only naming specific workers but not the food and atmosphere itself. Although I don’t want to assume, these reviews could most possibly be from the workers themselves or their friends casing bias in between. It is true that the workers are positive and cheerful but the food is poorly made. The ingredients lack good quality and having kids make my food means they pay no attention to what they’re serving nor do they care about customer satisfaction.
I don’t exactly recommend this place. Good people doesn’t mean good food when it comes to here. The quality has gone down ever since then. The last time it was good was nearly two years ago before they changed the menu and before they favoured a lot of students to work and make food.

Pathetic Food. We ordered lemon pepper wings and trust me it seemed to be cooked a week before amd was fried again again for 7-8 times...it was shit rubber with lots of oil. We threw the whole box.
