I've been a Charlie's fan for years, first time at this location. I was very disappointed. Got the regular cheesesteak, there was very little meat and it was overcooked and chewy. I would think the meat portion would be standardized for the brand, obviously not. I would not recommend. Employees were pleasant and helpful, but I'm not there for the atmosphere... waste of $20

This has to be the worst Charlie’s Philly steaks location I’ve been to. They barely put any amount of steak in the sandwiches. It’s straight nickel and dimming. Pathetic location. Management needs to monitor what’s going on here. I will not come back to this location.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.
will never be back again. ordered food online (and paid). arrived at store to find they are closed. company NEVER issued a refund, rather, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. The company only reached out once saying they intended on making things right but NEVER DID. This place has the worst customer service EVER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
