I visited the restaurant on 31st of Aug, I am a regular customer, Food had been always good, but service is detoriating , Specially the guy who is at the counter, He is being rude and not attentive to customers please speak to him ,otherwise it will late . However , Will not be visiting again, I was visiting this place only becase I am from hyderabad.

I really appreciate the way this restaurant handled my recent order. There was a mistake with my meal, but the staff (Anchal) took full responsibility and quickly offered a replacement without any hassle. The replacement meal was fresh, delicious, and showed they truly care about their customers’ experience. I had a very bad experience at your restaurant yesterday. The staff must have some training in terms of behaviour and language. Its pretty shocking with the guy who is there in reception and also such an odd behaviour with the Server's.

They must be polite with the customers and that is something least expected.

Management:- Please do train them and I hope you guys will take it seriously!
