We ordered food but they packed up less than what we ordered. They didn't give us an compensation. They didn't accept their mistake.

The staff is so route I am door dash driver when I go for pickup the girl in customer service is so rude and annoying but the taste and quantity so good I try food many times from here so good

The restaurant is clean and has a good atmosphere. Parking is plentiful. The menu has several options. One complaint I have is that even the “medium”’spicy curries are mouth burning even by indian standards. It’s practically inedible for children. The samosas didn’t appear to be fresh - the potato inside had a stale smell.

This place needs serious work done in the cooking department. Absolutely disastrous tasting food, when I had ordered dosa and poori. The chef had no clue what sambar is! Poor taste, and the waitress always stayed inside kitchen and u could hear loud chatting. This place was amazing when they opened, but it's better to avoid!!!!!!

Not great at all! I ordered lamb Rogan Josh- spicy, Malai kofta-medium spicy and onion naan. The lamb was exceedingly greasy and the sauce for both dishes was very runny such that they needed to wrap the containers in endless plastic wrap. The lamb was tough and chewy and the kofta was pastey at best though I did have to give one star because the sauce was quite tasty. How the naan could be greasy and dry at the same time I don't know! The restaurant was completely empty and that should have been an indicator. Definitely would not try again.

When we orders a large plate of takeout, we found a lot of small stones in the paneer biryani. When we complained Avi responded and kept on asking for more photos. Some of them are so small no one can tell until you chew it. He then said that maybe that they used some contaminated container. After 20 minutes in the conversation, he said its there policy to not take any responsibility of food after 2 hours of taking it home. He was very rude about the whole situation. Do not recommend this place at all.

I placed an order online and the boy who answered the phone was terrible. I called to enquire about my order and he thought I was prank calling him since he couldn’t find my order on the system… No patience, loads of attitude, and didn’t fix my problem…

Pretty average Biryani is served here. I got a bland mix of rice when I ordered Paneer Biryani , it hardly had 4 small pieces of biryani. For $16 I expected better from them. Food sucks here.

Awful service @ Charminar Markham. We ordered veggie platter. Dish had nothing apart from couple of onions and peppers. To deliver this it tool 1.5 hours.we called them and not action was taken regarding this. We called restuarant right away and they did not bither to do anything. Worst customer service. Avoid going there.
