Ordered tandoori veg and chicken momos. Firstly, veg momos were hot but chicken momos were cold. Then this is what I got in the very first piece. Called them to complain but they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes.

I came on Friday morning and the girls working they’re having so much attitude and arrogance they’re showing to the customers. They are not at all attentive to customer needs. We have to call them loudly to ask something related to the food they are they just give you the food once and they never come back Asking you that you need anything else. The food is also, not after the date breads are so burned up and when you ask them for the replacement or something, they simply argue and the way they treat you and keep the food on the table was so rude and arrogant specially the girl working today and when I asked her about the manager, she said that the manager does not come what kind of restaurant they have who don’t have a manager because their staff is like kids of college. They don’t know how to treat a customer. They don’t know how to respect the customer. Very bad customer service very bad really pissed off.

0 customer service we came around 11:30 AM and we order aloha and mix the Doorie momos and I told that I want the food all together. We have to call them by saying excuse. We are louder because they are not attentive to the customers need. Once they served food. They never come back. The food quality is also very low. I used to come here for momos because I love that, but now I visited twice and the Momo quality is not up to the date and the Paratha is like literally so burned up. They didn’t give us the main course plates. Also, when I told the lady that how we can put like Barha and curd like how we eat in appetizer plates and the lady said that there is already two plates cap that one is appetizer plates and we order one appetiser and one main course they should have asked us that you want the main course place or something like that. The customer service is very rude and they are showing attitude and arrogant. Never come back.

we really loved the food. But most important server were really nice and i really appreciate Chawla’s effort to hire male server just like back home and i felt and they are more service oriented. they paid attention to small lil details which we mentioned for our food. they were informing us about food being ready, if it was late.i felt like they had hospitality experience. not just ordinary brampton girls who start serving in restaurants who doesn’t even know about customer service. Food was great which Chawla is really famous for. Although the taste isn't same for the cream chicken which we get in ludhiana. i felt the ludhiana chawla’s has more black pepper and here it was lil mild. but we loved it. Great customer service and taste which they known for are the reasons they are still in business in canada not like other brampton stores where one location in 1 year comes under 4 different names and management and still not survive as they dont have taste understanding.

Tasteful and reasonably priced food. They are known for their Tandoori Momos and Hakka Chinese. Staff is very welcoming and attentive, special shoutout to Lama.
Staff is beyond expectations, I love eating here and always feel happy after having delicious food here.

We ordered steam momos and chat papdi and mango lassi . None of the items were worth eating . Momos shell were too hard , chat papdi had no taste lacked proper ingredients . Mango lassi was served warm . Total waste of time and money .
Tried dahi bhalla but it was very worst. I recommend to all don’t try dahi bhalla 👎

I had heard about this restaurant for many years but only went there last week for the first time. My expectation about it was a just another Indian Cuisine restaurant in Brampton. In Brampton, in any Indian restaurant, you will find every curry taste to be same. But trust me, I found each curry had its own taste. Everywhere veg biryani tastes like a Pulao or Khichadi. Here I was blown away by the tasty veg biryani. It's so amazing. Have never tasted any veg biryani like this.
Now it's my fav restaurant in Brampton.

We had a disappointing experience at Chawla’s. The only good part of the meal was the tandoori chicken momos and chicken hot and sour soup—they were delicious and well-made.
For the main course, we asked the server for recommendations and tried the cream chicken and kadai paneer. Sadly, both were disappointing and lacked good flavor. The breads were nice, but they couldn’t make up for the poor mains.
The service was below average, and we could tell it wasn’t going to be great as soon as we walked in.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and won’t be going back.
