Extremely disappointed with the food and services. We ordered Malai kofta and naan, glad that we did not take a bite of it, while serving it, I saw a strand of hair in it, anyhow we further informed the server, he took it away and instead of apologizing about what happened , they said its gonna take another 10-15 minutes for the rest of the order. While paying for the food at the front, none of the staff members apologized or mentioned anything what happened or why it happened.Seems like their kitchen is unhygienic and unfit for preparing food. It can make anyone sick. I would not have been upset had I been apologized by the staff or manager. It feels bad that you go out for dine in and pay good amount of money and end up unhappy, hungry and pissed. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Didn’t get to taste the food. The takeaway food spilled all over. The packaging is shoddy. I wish I could review food. Had to trash every bit. Very disappointed.

I recently ordered takeaway from and was thoroughly impressed. The chicken steamed momo stole the show with its delightful flavor and tender texture.
Tried the following dishesNoodles- Very tasty i recommendManchurian dry and gravy- Taste is good but manchurian was very hard even though it was made fresh, it was really hard to chew, maybe they prepare in bulk and freeze? ---- I do not recommendCream chicken- taste of gravy and pieces of chicken very tender. - highly recommendedoverall, I'm not happy with service, I asked them to give me some sauce on side (if i am spending 85$ i expect a complimentary chilli sauce?, but i was asked to pay extra for it)

I'm writing this down after several visits, both during lunch and dinner hours. The food served here is undeniably delicious. Whenever my husband and I crave delectable biryani and Tandoori chicken, this is our preferred destination. Our usual favorites include veg Manchurian dry, veg biryani, paneer biryani, Tandoori chicken, chicken biryani, and roti. The only drawback is the paneer curry, which falls short of expectations. Despite that, the staff is friendly and efficiently caters to the needs of all customers, especially during the bustling weekends when the place fills up quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.

I hope their business learns how to be competent and retain their customers. This service is less than 1/5. We were made to wait 3 hours on the list and kept getting calls for 30 minutes wait, then another 40 minutes and finally the third time were told and extra 20. Very poor service and the food was sub par. Ruined our experience with all the waiting and lack of professionalism. I hope they go bankrupt bunch of panchots!

If you are looking for a place to enjoy authentic Nepalese Indian cuisine, look no further than Chawla's Cuisine. This restaurant offers a variety of dishes that will satisfy your taste buds and make you feel like you are in the Himalayas. One of the best items on the menu is the momo, which are steamed dumplings filled with minced meat, vegetables or cheese. The momo are served with a spicy tomato sauce that complements the flavor of the filling. The momo are soft, juicy and delicious, and you can choose from different sizes and fillings according to your preference. Chawla's Cuisine also has other dishes such as thukpa, biryani, curry, dal bhat and more. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with traditional Nepalese music and decor. Whether you are a vegetarian or a meat lover, you will find something to suit your palate at Chawla's Cuisine. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to try something new and exciting
