I have been trying out different Halal home cooked meal services and my experience with Chef Ammi was not great! The portions are not enough for a single adult and the quality of the food is abysmal! Tandoori chicken had raw spices and was not grilled properly, the portion for the curries was simply inadequate for the price and the daily delivery is more of a nuisance than a convenience because of the small portions, you can't even have more than one meal with daily delivery! Absolutely not recommended! Much better Halal food deliveries out there with delicious, healthy options!

I’m extremely disappointed with both the quantity and taste of the meals delivered. The Matar Aloo Gajar arrived with a thick layer of oil on top, and the Urth Daal Gosht was so unappetizing I couldn’t even finish it. The portion sizes are noticeably smaller compared to other tiffin services in the same price range. In fact, while most tiffin services offer two meals a day for this price, Chef Ammi only provides one — which makes it feel even less worthwhile.
The only reason I’m not leaving a 1-star review is because of the delivery and customer support. The meals arrived on time and were well-packaged with no leaks. I had initially requested evening deliveries but received them in the morning or early afternoon on two occasions. Thankfully, the support team was responsive and resolved this quickly, which I genuinely appreciate.
Overall, though, unless the food quality and portion sizes improve significantly, I won’t be ordering again.

Food quantity not enough for a young adult. One day I was delivered 2 Aaloo parathas. Too small and you could hardly see any aaloo. There was no delivery one day and when I complained they took time to check and agreed to deliver the next week. I refused and asked for one day refund which was rejected. In the end I suggested to give the food to some needy person.
I have been getting food delivered from Chef Ammi for a couple of weeks now and I cant recommend her enough! The flavours are incredible and remind me of home. Aunty is so accommodating to my preferences and always responsive. The response times by her team and her are amazing which adds to the overall experience. The variety of menu options is fantastic and what i love the most is the fresh , daily delivery! Highly highly recommend!!!

Love her shami kebabs and parathaz! This week I ordered her weekly meals and my favorite was the Chicken stuffed spinach and penne pasta! Everything is really wholesome! Thank you for everything!

I absolutely LOVED all the meals prepared by Chef Ammi! Simple, non vegetarian dishes with soft chapatis. It’s one of the best tiffin services I’ve signed up for. Even the customer service is great, for any questions that I had I always received prompt responses! I highly recommend their tiffin service if you’re looking for homemade non vegetarian dishes!

Food was really delicious and they have a lot of options from which you can select meals. You will never get tired of having the same meal every single day.
Note : I previously gave them 1 star because the delivery partner used to deliver meals at the ground floor of my apartment and most of meals were stolen/taken away by someone else. After I reported it to them they reached out to me and offered me complimentary meals and made sure that the delivery was left in front of apartment door. Kudos to the team for great customer service and going above and beyond.

Ordered food first time from Chef Ammi, and the food actually reminded me of my late mother. Food was delicious, less oily, perfect spice level. All in all it was amazing. I would definitely be a repeat customer. Looking forward for next week menu to be uploaded.

First time trying chef ammi and the food is delicious!! Chef Ammi was able to accommodate our dietary restriction and make a special batch for us! What I liked the best was, the food actually tastes like ghar ka khana and was cooked in very light oil. Loved it!Definitely recommend.
