Nothing like going to China Palace and the place is staffed by 3 Indian women. My wife was trying to order and asked some questions about the items, the server kept trying to say she should order with Tandoori and some other indian stuff. We didnt come to China Palace for Tandoori. I told her just bring m Manchurian Rice order in a box since i likely wouldnt eat all and would take the rest home. She brought it to me in a small bowl and tried to charge me the full price. I said excuse me but no i still want all of the food, will just eat the rest later and she didnt understand (poor english). I left without the hassle, and just accepted being over charged.

It's ok food. It's ok restaurant. But service is without any thank you and without any smile. Main thing for me as a Sikh is that food is non halal. You have to ask them to serve you halal meat but if you don't ask they serve you with non halal. Which is best for me and for you if you are a Sikh.

The customer service is also very bad. The waitresses don’t greet you, and have no manners.

I ordered chicken noodles. Hardly found chicken pieces. Even no veggies. Only full box of noodles. And when we call back, owner is arguing. Will never 👎 order next time.

So, this weekend was our second time at this restaurant. The food was exactly the same both times served HOT and FRESH and BIG PORTIONS. but this past weekend the service was TERRIBLE. We had a young waitress who tried to take our food away as we were still visibly eating. Everytime she came to the table her first word was WHAT?. Very unprofessional and no customer service skills at all. Because we really enjoy the food we most likely will be back but i hope they improve their staff
