Hmm I like this place bcz of the company I go with, but the service is very slow, they give us table after 10 min atleast may be it busy but i dont see the staff greeting us. Or letting us know the time. So I dint have my ID but one of the waiter served alcohol , but when i went again the waitress refused since i dont have any id. So the rules change as per the staff? Only the prices are affordable i guess but taste is ok!

Went here after my son pasted his Muay Thai belt test.The food was amazing! The service was great! The atmosphere was great, with a motorcycle in the front. I then gave my son a quick lesson on how to ride because I had a motorcycle before he was born.I asked if he would come here again.He said, "Yes, It's better than the Mandarin"

Was one of the best, not worst places to visit. Earlier in rush hours they use to serve food in 15-20 minutes, now waiting for 40 minutes and still the server says few more minutes, ridiculous service and attitude. Then they are asking for tip at end, when not given. There are some good servers 2-3 who we prefer to tip as they never have issues with our orders.
Shaun at Chuck's restaurant is truly outstanding! Alongside the wonderful lady who took our reservation over the phone, they both set the gold standard for service. Shaun's politeness and friendliness made our dining experience truly memorable. We'll definitely be returning. Much love, Jay and Ash. ❤️

Best place to visit for the food.Customer service is excellent and no words for the food especially spinach and goat cheese dip and Cheese fries.Also the Butter toffee bread pudding is too good , sometimes i visit to eat the pudding only.

Being from the States, this place was awesome. The waitress gave me a little hard time, but it was all in fun. The food was great. The beer was cold. And everyone was so nice there. I'll be going back as soon as I can.

I asked for my steak to be cooked Medium instead 3/4 of it was well done. I'm Celiac and had asked for my dessert with no cookie topping but the it had cookie inside the ice cream so I couldn't eat it. Wish your server had said there was cookie inside. Server was clueless.

Giving it 1 star because the franchise chargers an absurd “Honest to Goodness” of 3%. Yes, the charge is stated somewhere on the menu but it is a blink and miss charge. The total amount that you may be negligible Iike 0.70 cents, but if they earn this fee on average from 1000 customers on a daily basis; that is $700 that Chuck’s pockets everyday. This amount is obviously going towards lining up Executives pockets. The fee cannot be disputed and thus the chain deserves a boycott.
