Regular Cinabon shopper (multiple locations). Picked up a pack of 15 mini buns from Bramalea mall at 12 pm and was specifically told they were just made. They were the most stale and hard cinabons I've ever had. They were clearly at least a day old. Is this the garbage you're selling?? And I'm not even going to mention the rudest customer service, when I asked for extra icing. Don't give them your money, I won't be fooled twice!

I got a regular cinnamon bun from this location to go. The bun was cold and hard, like made from the day before or something. The worst was that the receipe for the cream is altered. It was made of icing sugar and water only. It did not taste the same from other locations. I was disappointed and after couple of bites I had to throw it away. Never coming back to this location.

The cinnabons are always so delicious and gooey! Fresh and baked to perfection, satisfies my sweet cravings every time! I highly recommend the cookies and cream chillfactor and a classic cinnabon. :)

Went there tonight and bought 2 boxes that cost me $53.00. I asked for fresh one and they said I had to order them and will take an hour at almost 8 pm at night. The one on shelf looked old and been there for couple of days. They said no they were made about 12pm noon. Really! Stop lying to people and date and times should be on the box’s when put there. They were sooo stale I had to warm them for 1 1/2 mins to be able to eat them. I have never had something so bad. If the weather was not getting so bad outside I would have returned them and got my money back. This store should be contacting me to do refund. I don’t mind paying that much money for good quality but this was really bad. Stop having kids work there don’t care about your business. I just might call city to have an inspection don’t on this location.

Cinnabon at Bramalea City Centre is AMAZING! The food is prepared right in front of you and smells so delicious! I was feeling a bit tired and run down, but the smell of the Cinnabuns was so enticing. I had two mini Cinnabuns and a coffee and it was the right pick me up to get thru the afternoon. Definitely gonna stop by this place again!
