Hi we had order from the offer by one get one free….but we only had received only one pizza…..it was very desperating if we ordered the offer we should get received the same…..and when we called city south pizza they said its uber fault…..very very annoying

They themselves made us add an extra topping over and above their limit(3). And that was after we specifically asked “how many are allowed”, and we initially had asked for 3 only. The lady taking order said “ you have one more to add, so which one?”. Later at the time of billing, they charged for TWO extra toppings. It’s not about the few dollars extra paid,, but their attitude, non apologetic behaviour with no effort or even thought to correct their own mistake! They could’ve changed the pizza, reprimanded the employee, maybe gone an extra step- give a discount. Nothing.! Bad service and experience

I recently ordered a pizza for pickup and overall, I had a great experience. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked with fresh toppings, a crispy yet soft crust, and just the right amount of sauce and cheese. I arrived at the store at the scheduled time, and my order was ready for pickup as promised, which I really appreciated.
The staff was polite and efficient, and the store was clean and organized. Everything seemed well-managed and smooth. However, there was one small issue — I had ordered an extra-large pizza, but I received a large instead. The pizza was great in taste, but the size difference was noticeable, especially since I was expecting a larger portion for sharing.
Mistakes happen, and this one didn’t ruin the experience completely. But I do hope that orders are double-checked in the future to avoid such mix-ups. Other than that, everything was perfect — from the food quality to the timely service. I’ll definitely consider coming back again because the taste really stood out.
