I love your pizza, specially in tandoori chicken and Tandoori Paneer Indian style. They don't have any dining or sitting place is just a takeout place .

I have placed order online. After half and hour, when I went to pick it up, they said they never received order. After sometimes they came up with some excuss and start making my order. Girl who was making order was very unorganized. Using same gloves for meat and veggie toppings. And within 3-4 minutes she took out pizza from oven and said your pizza is ready. Pizza was not cooked at all.
If I had option to give 0 star, then they deserve 0 star. My order no MS_333803.

Ordered fish yesterday and it smelled bad and taste was awful. Called the shop and was sent new order and was told that this is good. But got sick after eating that. Very bad experience.

Customer service was exceptional by Amrit, she made sure I was happy with the order I asked for and asked me to double check if all was made accordingly. I was not so keen on ordering the pizza from this store, however, because of Amrit I am sure I'll be ordering again. Last time I visited person at front cash Sahil was really rude and I have seen him being rude to multiple customers as well he speaks rudely with his co workers.

Today I dine in here and for me it was very good I ordered simple cheese pizza. Me and my friend visited here for the first time and specially service provided by ashveen kaur was very good.

I have ordered halal chicken pizza and mentioned it on the instructions section. They accepted the order but when i called them to verify they said they don't serve halal and I have to cancel the order and then I got charged for the order as I canceled it. Rude behavior, Poor communication, don't accept their fault.
Paid for extra cheese but gave me quadruple cheese.

I phone ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. Picked up from the store and the guy who gave it to me confirmed medium pepperoni. I came home and opened it and it was pepperoni made indian style with coriander, chili, garlic etc. This was supposed to be for my kids. I called the store and they said you can bring it back. I picked it up on my way home for convenience and because I had to go out for an appointment. I asked them to give me a store credit and they flatly refused. I asked for delivery of the correct pizza which cane 40 mins later. Hungry kids. And they asked to send the other wrong pizza back with the driver. No compensation given for the incorrect pizza. Horrible Horrible customer service. They knew they messed up because the girl who answered said they gave my medium pepperoni to someone else and gave us theirs but didn't own up and provide any customer service. It wouldn't have hurt them to give me a credit. Never ordering from this location again.
