Taro drink was great, workers were very nice

Drinks were pretty good, my mom really liked the new mango pomelo smoothie. Staff was really nice as well, the guy taking my order made sure I got the points for my drinks.

Visited on the morning of May 10 — everything was fresh and tasted great! The highlight was the excellent customer service. The guy - the GOAT - helping me took the time to give recommendations, and I really appreciated that. I ended up getting the oolong milk tea, which I’d definitely recommend. Super happy with both the drink and the experience. Will be back for sure!

There are so many flavours to try. Some of my favorites are mango green tea, lychee green tea and taro. The crystal pearls are a change from the regular ones. Check out their specials monthly. Their Wednesday 2for 1 is usually an excellent deal.

I went in on Thursday and the tiny pale girl behind the counter has SUCH an attitude and zero patience considering it was dead at the time. It was my first time there and I will NOT be going back at all!

Bad customer service

Worst customer service they are always soo in hurry all the time, I reach literally 1 minutes after closing time and they said we threw away the tea like i am not dumb I can see things and way of talking not good at all. 0 rating for customer service. Never go to this location.

They made drink very fast. taro milk tea is very good. Staffs are also nice, a girl whose name is kylie or kelly is friendly and very cute.

Extremely slow service * they are more focused on uber orders or skip the dishes rather than the customers standing in line. There were so many ppl in line but since they take soooo long you end up leaving! Worse experience— the owner should hire ppl or ppl who work fast

Their service and staffs are a joke, their staffs prioritize the uber eats order rather than the people in line waiting for 30 minutes.

Gotta love it when they also do the order of the person after me first until i talked to them about it.

Overall the tea and drinks are good. As expected

The staff are very nice, but the drinks don't taste good and are VERY artificial. There are no alternative milks and the milk is a "powdered artificial creamer". The taro is that fake purple dye colour and is also a powder. I asked for no sugar in my taro milk tea and it was still very sweet. The staff should (but didn't) advise if the powders have sugar built in! The cup and lid for the hot tea drinks leak constantly all over my hand and clothes even when closed correctly. When I've gotten taro milk teas at places like Baroness it is the same price but REAL chunks of natural coloured taro, you don't have to get dairy, and the no sugar option just leaves a very mild natural sweetness from the taro root. I will not be going back to CoCo.

Really bad service by the girl who was serving. I clearly asked for a Taro drink and she gave me Jasmine tea.. how similar does Taro and Jasmine sound? She just rudely lied that she asked me twice and I said Jasmine tea.. the three employees were all laughing about it when I asked them why won't the pay attention while taking order.. the tea people on the other side of the mall are much better.. what a waste of money and time to get tea from them!!
