CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

The staff are very nice, but the drinks don't taste good and are VERY artificial. There are no alternative milks and the milk is a "powdered artificial creamer". The taro is that fake purple dye colour and is also a powder. I asked for no sugar in my taro milk tea and it was still very sweet. The staff should (but didn't) advise if the powders have sugar built in! The cup and lid for the hot tea drinks leak constantly all over my hand and clothes even when closed correctly. When I've gotten taro milk teas at places like Baroness it is the same price but REAL chunks of natural coloured taro, you don't have to get dairy, and the no sugar option just leaves a very mild natural sweetness from the taro root. I will not be going back to CoCo.

Dietary restrictions: No non-dairy alternative milks, still very sweet even when you ask for sugar.

Really bad service by the girl who was serving. I clearly asked for a Taro drink and she gave me Jasmine tea.. how similar does Taro and Jasmine sound? She just rudely lied that she asked me twice and I said Jasmine tea.. the three employees were all laughing about it when I asked them why won't the pay attention while taking order.. the tea people on the other side of the mall are much better.. what a waste of money and time to get tea from them!!

I loved the pearl milk tea here. I would like to thank Ms. Queeny for preparing it with more love, which made my drink even more special.

I ordered the new limit season drink "Mango green tea'' it wasn't bad, but I still consider pearl milk tea is the top one. Service wasn't bad. They are kind of slow and need to improve customer service experience.

The service is fast paced as they are almost always busy. The cashiers/employees are not rude, they simply want to get their job done. i respect it :3

The bubble tea is always good at COCO but the lady who took the order was not nice.She is just aggressive.

The place is a fast paced tea shop, dislike the fact its fast to the point the drink cups and their table are all wet when packaged. Nothing too wow but it was for the kids not for me.

Normally have a nice time, but had some really bad customer service. Bubble tea is a nice treat and isn’t the cheapest so it’s very disappointing when you have such a bad experience that it ruins the special thing you went out of your way to get.

Worst Coco branch ever! I agree with other's reviews. Their level of customer service drastically declined when the new staff took over. Originally staffed with super friendly and courteous employees which is why we became regular customers 3-4 years ago. I've personally experienced and witnessed how badly they treat customers especially when they're busy. Management has to step in to see if the new staff is following health and safety protocols and proper people skills. What a disaster!

I was with mom and 3 employees were distracted waving at someone but we were just looking at the menu, 5 secs later we are ready and looking directly at them since we are the only ones there but they took they’re time and seemed very distracted as for the drinks the tasted very very bland and my mom’s drink was made half empty when the used to fill it up to the brim. I miss the old employees:(

their tapioca pearls are never cooked fully theyre always half hard try another better place instead of this

Came here on a weekday evening. They didn't have anymore tapioca, so my husband and I settled for the sago in our drinks. I got the milk tea and he got the grapefruit yakult. After we got our drinks, I got an unusual texture in my mouth mixed with the sago while drinking. When I grabbed it, it looked like a chunk of a scrub sponge. I lost my appetite for my drink and threw it out. A couple hours later, my husband and I both felt sick to our stomachs. We had to keep going to the washroom throughout the night. Definitely not coming back here. This place completely ruined my experience with Coco's.

Coco's my favorite drink spot, love the mango slush and good service but when drinking my drink today i found A FLY IN A DRINK !!!!! So
