I visited recently, excited to try something new, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The staff recommended a drink that was supposed to be one of their specialties, but it was honestly terrible. The flavor was off and had a weird aftertaste, made with low-quality ingredients. I couldn't even finish it and thrown in the garbage in front of the staff. For a place known for its drinks, this was a letdown. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

I saw a Barbie-themed bag on the app, so I placed an order. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, the staff told me there were no Barbie bags left, only the regular ones. I was very disappointed. Then, the staff tried to hand me my drink and the regular bag. I mentioned that I was supposed to receive a sticker as well. At this point, the staff informed me that there were no stickers left either. I started to get really angry. Clearly, the app allowed me to choose this set, but after paying and arriving at the store, they told me nothing was available. In the end, the staff looked around and found a sticker for me. So, if you don't ask, they won't give it to you. I'm beginning to suspect they are intentionally not giving out the Barbie bags and replacing them with regular ones. This store uses this trick to attract customers, but in reality, they are out of stock. This is outright fraud.

I have never had a worst experience at a bubble tea shop in my life and that says a lot because it was so bad it made me write a review. The old asian lady who works here was taking my order and as I am about to pay, I ask her how to get the points on my phone. She replies in a condescending manner and says "you can't get a free drink, you don't have enough points". I replied I understood this and I am just asking how to get the point added. Nonetheless, she did not understand what I was saying and began to say I misunderstand. She really needs to learn to listen or let someone else take the orders.

A person who ordered after me got his drink first for no good reason. The person before me was not asked to show his ticket number but I was…..The workers seem unfriendly and stand-offish. They don’t explain how anything works and when you ask questions they seem disinterested…..makes you feel like a burden. The passion fruit drink was good but I didn’t care for the brown sugar milk tea all I tasted was jasmine. The place is nice but the workers are dry and I dont think it’s a personal thing….it just is what it is. Only went because my daughter really wanted to try it.

1 star because of their rude staff, i was there last friday with my family , one of the asian girl from the staff was sitting there with her laptop and food may be she was on lunch. my 2 years old toddler ran to her and touched her phone , i rushed towards my daughter but she is just 2 years old she doesn’t know these things , staff girl acted so rudely and took her phone away while giving her expressions that she doesn’t like our presence. Even though that place is for customers and she was occupying a space and doesn’t want to be disturbed or distracted by the public.we switched that particular sitting just because of that rude girl, and i really felt bad for my daughter who is just 2 years old.
