I have been going here for years, their pepper shrimp fried rice is amazingly tasty, however, their customer service is poor. They don’t know how to communicate with their customers appropriately, and they are not that friendly either. I went to the restaurant and there were a group of workers sitting around and yelling, cussing, gossiping and laughing. Just not a good look in my opinion, other than that the food is very good and I recommend ordering takeout rather than sitting in the restaurant.

My experience was very bad, staff was so rude and they don’t even know how to talk with customers. After a long arguments she put some hairs in my order. I recommend please educate your staff first and then put them on front counter. Thanks

Their chicken fried rice is to die for. Perfectly cooked but if you want pepper sauce to burn your mouth you’ll have to use a lot of what they give you, it tastes amazing nonetheless, other than that it is truly amazing food!

I brought some fried rice over the weekend on Friday August, 8, 2025! It certainly wasn’t what I expected. The chicken was fine but the rice was greasy, soft , sticky, stringy similar to fermented beans and had a slimy texture. I don’t know what happened maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen but I tried to call a bunch of times and have gotten no answer !

Drove 30 minutes to be told they’re not selling any more food at 6:50 pm. I’m sure there was a good reason but if they had answered the phone I could have definitely saved myself a drive. More a disappointment with service but I’ve heard great reviews on the food so I will try again a different time.

For the past three weeks I’m trying to order the Beef Pepper Ribs and it’s not on the app. I called the restaurant multiple times to find out if it is discontinued no answer. I kept trying to get hold of the restaurant when I do the lady on the phone is sooo rude no customer service what so ever. I asked her about the beef pepper ribs and she said yes they have it so I explained to her it not showing on the Uber Eats app and I’m trying to tell her for the past three weeks it’s not on the app. She started screaming yes it’s there yes it’s there and hang up the phone on me. I went back to the app and it wasn’t there. I called back and someone else answers the phone and she was confused if they have the needed pepper ribs or not, in the background the First Lady is yelling “the beef pepper ribs is on the app I told her all ready.” They hang up the phone again! This is very disrespectful for them to act this way. Your restaurant is only on UberEats and there’s no where else we can order to get our food. This is how you treat customers? I attached a picture to show that there was no Beef Pepper Ribs listed on the app under appetizers or chef’s special.

Exceptional food! I have used them for catering as well as just take out, and the food was delicious every time. Highly recommend! Last time I was there they were rearranging the dine in area, so only a small space to dine in for now.
