Nice sitting area , good coffee , tasty sandwich and very accommodating staff. They helped us with our vegetarian needs. Will definitely visit again

Love this place. The manager is always there first thing in the morning when you mix your food fresh which is important.

The Celebration cake was excellent, as the buttercream on the side wasn’t overly sweet but also not flavourless. I wish I could receive the recipe for that amazing buttercream. The drinks were so great tasting too, I had my mask on but could smell my chai latte’s fragrances even stronger than when I get it from Starbucks! The only thing is it’s over priced, the cake was 6.99 and I got 2 drinks, a Normal latte and a chai latte that were over 4 dollars but weren’t large at all. They do have great variety and a quality baked goods section. Also, the service was good on timing.

It’s really unfortunate because their coffee was excellent, however the cake I got was definitely stale, super dry and was so cold you could barely cut through it with the plastic spoons they provided us. When I showed the guy working behind the counter how hard it was and explained it tasted old he told me it was fresh because they keep their cakes for 2 weeks. I said well if this cake was close to the “2 week” mark that’s still not very fresh. He refused to give me a different slice of cake or a refund. He told me nothing could be done. This is terrible customer service. We decided to just throw out the cake and leave because I wasn’t about to go back and forth over a 7$ piece of cake, however the principle of not handling the situation correctly make me and my boyfriend agree to not return.

We ordered our lunch on the phone and it was ready for pickup. Very safe. Good was delicious. Live their turkey club sandwich.

Good coffee and very flaky croissants. Service was not great. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged in an empty store with 2 employees. A little expensive.

Coffee is good, kids love the rainbow celebration cake. Quiet at the moment which is good for covid control.

Had the worst experience at this place. Never been so humiliated publicly like this before. This was in the beginning of 2020 in January. It was a cold snowy day and i had a long day at work and this restaurant was suggested by a close friend and one day i was driving home and i decided to come and try this place out. So when i went in there was a line so i went to wait in line & when it was my turn, i immediately remembered that i had mistakenly forgotten my wallet in the car and i told the guy who was taking my order that i'll be back and he responded in a very rude way and said "You should've remembered your damn wallet and not waste our time like this" then i was like excuse me but that was a mistake and he told me to be quick and just go get it and or else he'll cancel my order and there were other people in line listening to the whole thing and i felt really disrespected. So when i went to get my wallet and came back in the store, the guy had already canceled my order and told me to go wait in the back of the line again which took 10-20 minutes straight. I swear this place is terrible. Whoever that guy is deserves to get fired. Never coming back here again.

Worst cafe/ restaurant I ever been to in my life. I saw coachroches in the display and their smoothie gave me food poisoning. STAY AWAY!

Nice place to sit in but the staff does not like the cafe aspect of this establishment. They routinely try and get you to leave whether by conduct or expressly. If you don’t spend more money they try and get you out, very odd for a cafe. Further, the manager Raj is a real piece of work. Extremely rude and careless with health and safety protocols.When you’re not being bothered, the environment is actually pretty nice but be ready to feel like a liability as opposed to a customer.

Awesome environment and super welcoming service. The meals were fresh and delightful. Will absolutely recommend this place to others. Fair prices and large meals. Keep it up.
