I ordered cookies for some clients and had tight timelines for the deliveries. There was an issue which was beyond their control but when I notified Julie she had a new tray made and shipped out fresh to my client. My client was impressed. I have used them before and always get the same response.... YUM! Can't wait to try the cupcakes next year!

We always order a special holiday treat for the members/tenants of our co-working community, which is made up of 31 different small, local (Toronto-based) companies, and this year, we went with Custom Logo Cookies from Cookies By Design and we were not disappointed! Not only did all of the cookies / logos come out looking great and all of our tenants loved them, but also, the cookies tasted great; the presentation was lovely (each individually wrapped in transparent bags); and the service was absolutely amazing! I mostly worked with Julie to place our order, and despite the fact that we kept changing our mind and increasing the number of cookies we wanted to order, she was nothing but helpful, accommodating, flexible, and kind. I have nothing but great things to say about this experience and I would definitely (and in fact, already have) recommend Cookies By Design to people looking for custom cookies in the GTA!

Nice bakery shop with an assortment of cupcakes and cookies on display, making it really hard to choose as they all looked great! I decided on the millionaire cookie which consisted of pecans, chocolate chips and oatmeal which definitely settled my sweet tooth craving.

Dropped by yesterday and got the Strawberry cheesecake cupcake and apple caramel as recommended by the decorator/cashier. The vanilla cake was so soft and moist. Both flavors were so good too. I'd definitely go back to try more.

Cookies came crumbled. They were extremely dry and did not taste good except the sugar cookie.

I was looking to get a sweet bar for my baby shower and while driving came across Cookies by Design. Kat was so efficient on emails helping me place an order and Julie was a sweetheart with her exceptional service at the store. My guests were delightful with the design and taste. Not so sweet (I likey) and enhanced my sweet bar with the designs I gave. Highly recommended, already shared the contact with my guests.

I recently ordered a Father’s Day cake from here. I had placed the order super last minute, on the day before. 5/5 for the accommodation. The cake was good but too sweet for my taste. I prefer moderately sweet chocolate. And I do remember asking for roses decoration which she may have missed. Having said that, I really can’t complain considering it was last minute order and Carol accommodated so thank you for that! The service was excellent at thre store and my friend, who went to pick up the order, was super impressed by that! Overall - very good, may buy again from here :) spent $74 for an 8 inch cake.
