The food was good but the service was horrible that’s the only reason why they get 2 stars. My daughter came here with her friends for her birthday and the staff didn’t acknowledge them. The other tables got table service and had servers going to their tables. My girls couldn’t enjoy their experience as much as they had to go to the counter and order several times. In addition they then had to go back and return dishes several times. If other tables were being served it would have been right to serve my girls as well. They enjoyed the food, however, they felt outcasted as the staff wasn’t attending their table or treating them the way the other diners were treated

I recently visited this dessert restaurant and was impressed by the variety of options available. The desserts were as delicious as I had hoped for, meeting my expectations perfectly. The service was truly exceptional, with the staff being hardworking and always greeting with a smile.However, despite the great desserts and service, I found the atmosphere lacking. The restaurant was quite crowded, indicating its popularity, but it felt a bit noisy with too much talking. My recommendation would be to improve the ambiance by adding some nice music to enhance the mood. With a better atmosphere, this place would be perfect for indulging in sweet treats!

Best dessert place in Brampton hands down, the food is great but so is the customer service. Ravi especially is really friendly, I’m a regular and he always has very quick service and shows care for his customers even when the spot is busy. Highly recommend the place!!
