Can’t rate food or atmosphere since 30 minutes after the opening everyone is waiting for the store to open. Why post 12:00 noon if you really mean 12:30.

There's always only 1 person working here. I don't understand why they don't hire more people. The mines are unbearable, especially on hot days. We have lived across from this location for the last 3 years and we have not seen anything change since. We have ultimately stopped going here.

But AC is not working today here, it is more hotter than outside. Really should look into this, as it just completely turns off the mood and to even think about dining here. So please look into it. Thnks

Awful service. I’ve been stalked by the owner all day. They’ve called me 8 times (once as late as 10:45 pm) and texted me twice from a private number. At this point, I feel harassed.. I ordered a cake. Went to pick it up at the store at noon today and the store wouldn’t honor my reward coupon as they claimed it was a custom cake (it wasn’t. I just ordered online). Called head office to confirm coupon rules and head office told me I should be able to redeem my coupon but still the store wouldn’t. So out of principle, we decided not to fulfil our order. Since noon, I’ve had six calls around that time from them and text messages from private numbers to my cell. I’ve now received another call, almost 12 hours later at 1045 pm. It’s crazy. leave me alone. You didn’t want to make a sale at noon and fix the problem when we were at the store so why are you harassing me the entire day?! So unprofessional. And I will never return to this location.

The place is very dirty all windows look like they haven't been cleaned for years. The fridge is so dirty where the ice cream was. No air conditioning they said manger doesn't allow them to turn on. Can never go to this location again. They really need to get cleaned up, very dirty location.

I just bought a banana split from here. Firstly, as soon as I got into my car to have it, I realized that the container in which I got the icecream had a crack. The person who used the container should have at least checked this much. Since I was already in my car and my home was nearby, I thought no worries, I will reach home and move it to a different container. So when I finally reached home and started to have the banana split, I realized that the tin fruit which was used was stale. It tasted bitter and a stale smell was also coming. Now because I just came back from work and was already in the comfort of my home, I did not want to drive back to Dairy Queen. But this is so unprofessional to be using stale fruits. Do we even need to taste the ice cream before we leave the store? I paid almost 10 dollars for the ice cream just to get it in an inedible state. Pathetic

Not impressed. I totally would have gone to another Dairyqueen. They were scant of the food portions and not very kind about using the points. Don’t recommend.

initially when we arrived to the location the open sign was not lit. we walked in and none of the lights were on. There was only one worker very understaffed.We ordered the 3 pc chicken tenders basket and it was very underwhelming. The tenders looked very unappetizing and were not full tenders.The amount of fries that was included did not reflect what i paid for. The sauce that was included was half the container and tasted horrible.When we ordered the worker told us it would take 8-10 minutes. we waited for over 20 mins for mid tasting food. I would not recommend this place.Will not be coming here again very disappointed.

The entire place was dark and the open sign was not on either. All lights were off and very cold. The place is understaffed with only one employe who looks confused when taking orders and cooking. I order the tenders and fries and saw her weighing the fries to not put too much. Looks cheap personally. She said it would take 8-10 min. I was there for 25 mins waiting. The sauces on the side were half filled. Overall bad experience. The food was okay but it seemed a little chewy maybe raw. DO NOT recommend this location

Took my daughter to dq at financial drive today and honestly horrible experience will never be going there again . Started with we got there at 12:10pm today and the store was closed weird because they open at 12 , there was another family there as well so the worker came over and unlocked the door didnt even acknowledge us ok whaterver we order the food and with pure attitude says well its going to take 20 minutes for the food as I still have to turn everything on.
Even then at that point we still decided to ok fine wait maybe its been a rough morning . 20 mins go by and she calls the food order she asks if its to go and i said no we will eat here she starts giving us the food and I ask for the tray wich she says they are all dirty and doesnt have any .
Absolutely brutal. Food was ok not great not terrible. As we are leaving my daughter wanted some extra ice tea as we go to fill the machine was shut off when I asked what was happening her response was well we dont offer refills . Customer service a 0 , you should really work on your customer service and teaching Sukham some manners we will definetly never be back.!!

I had a great experience at Dairy Queen on Financial Drive! My server, Nazish, was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and really good at her job. She made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. It’s always nice to have such a positive interaction. I’ll definitely be coming back
