How is this place only staffed by one person…. On top of that I ordered a small strawberry sundae…..

Why was the sauce basically water with strawberries.. IN my ice cream?? I asked if they can check their syrup if it’s right and they told me “we can’t redo it if it’s already made” so she “kindly” added more, which only turned out to be more water strawberry syrup….

ALSO, the blizzard was basically a soup- whatever happened to the flip test??? They definitely knew the blizzard was made extremely poorly.

If this location is incredibly short staffed, no employee should have to run operations ALONE.

Such a turn off and let down to the DQ name. This place needs to be shutdown immediately for some serious re-staffing and management.

worst experience with that location. we orders choco brownie extreme and a chocolate shake. and did pay extra for the chocolate syrup but still we are getting something similar looks like vanila

Both the women who work at this location are constantly miserable. I come here often and am always turned off by their demeanour. Im going to start driving further to a different location.

Very bad service. Just asked for extra spoons and the lady just placed the spoons on the counter. Common, you are supposed to hand a spoon to the customer or wrap it around a napkin if you really want to put it on the counter.

This location is horrible - don’t go. Even though we ordered ahead the items were still not ready for pick up. Quality is a 0 star and their portions are small. Ordered a combo and they forgot my drink. The salad they gave has wilted lettuce and was only half full. Never going back and you shouldn’t go either.

I came here today with my boyfriend to get ice cream at 9:00 PM, we waited in line for maybe 10 minutes,, People behind us were getting impatient as the line was moving slowly. Deep, wonderful lady who is working by herself was the only one on cash and doing ice cream and all the other food. This isn’t fair for the employee to be handling all that volume on a Saturday night during the summer no less. Had her running back and forth to make the orders and to be on cash. Deep was all flushed from the running around. Poor execution on whoever is managing this location. He/she (The manager) needs to be fired. Deep should not be working by herself and handling cleaning up the whole shop too.

She was doing an incredible job, and should get a raise for handling all the business by herself at this location!

I bought 6 sundaes , it's so delicious and fresh taste. Deep serve me, she is working so fast and serve my order very quickly. Thanks Deep.

food and ice creams IS good. GET MORE STAFF. EVERY-TIME I COME THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING REGARDLESS ITS DAYTIME OR EVENING. I HAVE TO WAIT 15-20 MINUTES FOR NO REASON THIS PLACE NEEDS ONE MORE EMPLOYEE.YOU ALREADY LOOSING CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THAT..

Absolutely disgusting experience. Husband and wife running the place. The stingiest establishment I’ve ever been too. Had to ask for my cup several times. I filled my drink and let the fizz settle before filling it up and she turned the machine off. When I asked her she said “one drink”.. I didn’t even get it filled? The air conditioning was turned off. My sons kiddie cone had the tiniest swirl in the cone… it was so small my 3 year old even ask me what happened to it. I had to ask for all my sauces my combos came with… I asked for ketchup and was given the smallest sample of ketchup in a cup… for 3 combos. I had to change my daughter’s diaper and the change pad was broken in the bathroom. They had the lights off in the back area… they had the handicap automatic door switched off.. wasn’t able to get my stroller in and out without a struggle. Will NEVER go back …

One star is also waste for this DQ. Very bad customer service. Never buy drinks from the fountain machine. They switch off the drinks machine before you fill the cup with cold drink. I have never seen this procedure anywhere in Canada. I will never visit this place again. They switched off the AC so that customers can buy and leave the place. They don't want customers to sit inside. I have to ask for the cup twice after I paid. I had to wait 15 for the cup and only one customer was there in this place. From the faces of the people working at this place, I think this place is going to close soon.
