This rating is not a reflection of the employee herself, but rather the overall experience at this location. There was only one person working, which isn’t fair to her or the customers. When we tried to order hot food, the employee made a face that suggested we were burdening her with extra work — likely due to being short-staffed. It’s understandable, but it made the interaction uncomfortable.
This place really needs more staff. Service is painfully slow. The only thing that stood out was the Blizzard. I had the Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake and the Confetti Cake ; both were solid. I liked the mix of textures and flavors. Definitely worth trying. If you’re a regular, these are good new picks. If it’s your first time, start with the strawberry one.
