Drive-thru staff is awesome. I live close by so I'm there a lot after I finish work. They always recognize me and give me my order with the minor tweeks thst I prefer. Very friendly and always great service

Went through the drive-through and it was great. I couldn’t figure out my app and Jaskiran was a great help. I didn’t feel rushed and he too the time to help me and make sure I got my points.

This is my go-to Dairy Queen location. The staff here are always pleasant and courteous. Today, Jaskirat served me who was exceptionally polite and professional. He kindly asked me to park in front and promptly brought out my entire order. I highly recommend this location to all my family and friends.

The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior and a lack of basic customer service skills. There were instances of poor communication, including low volume speaking and a general lack of greeting. Unfortunately, these issues have been observed consistently over the past several months.
Management dosent care and hiring wrong individuals for this service job. This will be forwarded to corporate office for review which includes video and audio of the interactions.

Drive thru staff very rude
The quality of the food has gotten much worse in the past few months. They’ve reduced the portions on the onion rings and watered down the milkshakes. I don’t recommend this location
