Just wanted to give a big thanks to Jacob, who took my order a couple days ago. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us and was super friendly. He was patient while we decided (because let’s be honest, choosing between a blizzard and a dipped cone is not easy! EVERYTHING SEEMS TASTY HERE) And so he made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Jacob was polite, quick and the whole experience with his great customer service was awesome. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job....
