Dairy Queen (Treat)

Firstly, the customer service girl is very rude, secondly, i ordered hot chocolate brownie with vanilla scoop but she gave me cold brownie when i politely ask her that i ordered hot brownie she argued and then snatch the container by my hand like what kind of this attitude when customer is polite to you then why they rolling their eyes. She gave ordered to another persons first who came after me, gave ordered after me because i think they forgot to make mine and i did not ask anything to her. even after they shows lots of attitude. Very bad experience. I really feel bad

Amazing smarties blizzard

The blizzards at this place are already melted when they hand it to you. I came one day hoping it was just a one-off but have since ordered a blizzard again and it is runny and melting as soon as they hand it to you.

Great service

Me and my wife both of us went to Dairy Queen, there were 2 Indian guys working there, one boy, the other a girl. We started giving the order, the girl came to take the order, she did not even say hello. She does not have the smartness to know that I am in Canada, if it were any other community, she would have said hello and talked to them, because of these people even good people do not get work. This is my bad experience that girl they don’t have manner

Zero stars actually. The staff is so rude. I asked them for the 85 cent blizzards they said okay “small or mini” and as if the deal applies to both. They didn’t tell me that it’s only for mini. When I asked them for the receipt, which btw THEY DID NOT ask me if I wanted or not they said you wanted small. I reiterated that I wanted the 85 cent blizzards but they had no reply to that. Didn’t even say sorry once. Such staff make me question why dq is loved in the states so much and not here. The whole time she was talking to her co-worker like it’s a party. No “how can I help you” just “yes?” Omg

Standard DQ ice cream taste but employees always greet with smile on their face

It's a small place but the staff is really friendly. They helped me out with my App and were offering suggestions.

We went over there it was free cone day everybody got free ice cream cones and you had to download the app and scan something but when we went to do it the did not give us the ice cream for some purpose and everything was right I did it all right but they refused and every body else got it even people before me and I'm happy I did not get it it all looked watery and expired no wonder it's free never going to that shop ever again it has mold all on the ice cream
