I love the food and service but i rate zero for atmosphere because the store was soo cold. I visited with my son and want to have some good time and we want to enjoy our treats in the dine in but it was super cold so i wasn’t able to sit there. I really appreciate the girls whose working there for all the time.

Dairy Queen’s service is just as sweet as their desserts! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with a smile and treated like a valued customer. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure every order is just right. Whether you’re picking up a quick treat or enjoying your time in the shop, they go out of their way to make the experience special. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do, and it adds an extra layer of enjoyment to every visit. The combination of delicious treats and top-notch service keeps me coming back!

Simi who was serving my daughter was was extremely rude. She accidentally gave my daughter vanilla soft serve in her blizzard when she specifically asked for chocolate instead. My daughter asked for a new one as she had made her order incorrectly. However Simi proceeded to be rude and kept refusing to correct the order. I undertand that people make mistakes but they shouldn't be rude about it and just fix the problem!

I get great service from the workers here but I was extremely disappointed today. At 4:36pm today I ordered a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard with chocolate soft serve and “simi” had gotten my order wrong and made it with vanilla soft serve. When I told her politely that you made my order wrong to which she responded with “sorry I already made it”. When I asked her to re-make it she responded with attitude and said “ I already made it sorry, I’m not remaking another one”. I didn’t want to argue back in the store because I didn’t want to make a scene so I’m voicing it here. I’ve never had a bad experience with the other employees at this location and I would highly recommend retraining her to give better customer service!

I ordered brownie ice cream from here it was too good and that girl Raman who served she is too good great service.

Employee spoke few words of English, took my order, give me one item. Ask anything else, had to remind her I order banana split, saw her making the split in a cup. Other one told her that is not a banana split. Horrible people with English cannot get jobs.

I ordered a hot dog, took a bite out of it and it was cold. After telling an employee they said they can’t do anything because I took a bite out of it. But how would I know if it’s cold without taking a bite. Refused to re make it or refund or any sort of compensation for a cold hot dog after I’ve asked nicely. Honestly extremely disappointed

Usually no one charges for pup cup. But I had a small dog and a girl charged me for a pup cup and she was quite rude .
