Is this the customer service in a food industry you guys have taught to your employees??? Basic respect is what a customer expects from anyone serving them and this is absolutely ridiculous. I left without ordering as this is not the behaviour I expected. The store owner must take a note of this and work on training such employees better behaviour and customer service.

Washroom doesn’t work from past 3 months. Or they do not want public to use. 3 MONTHS NOT FIXED? thats a shame for a DQ franchise and company itself. So inconvenient with kids to be at this place. Wont suggest dine in with small kids or bring a dippers. I would suggest all readers to take a picture and post a review.

Worst DQ i have ever been to. First of all staff here doesn’t smile and welcoming, if you ask question's about the menu they will answer forcefully and you can see on their face. Quantity of the fudge in the fudge ice cream was too less compared to all ither DQ i have ever been.

Every time i visit there, the washroom is out of order. Nothing wrong with the washroom, they are just lazy to clean the washroom and keeps it lock. Never going back again. Employees with dirty uniforms no hats.

Came in with family for some ice cream on a Monday evening. Waited an inordinate amount of time for part of our order to come out. While we waited, with half our order melting, two other customers got their orders first, despite ordering after us. Once our ice cream liquified we asked when the rest of the order would be ready. We were told the ice cream machine was no longer working. We asked for a refund of the items we did not receive, and were told a refund was not possible as there was no manager on duty. No other remedy was offered whatsoever - the employee stared at us dumbfounded before walking away. We left without a refund and without our order. Garbage customer service here. Shameful.

They never had smoothies. I went this location thrice in a row to get a smoothie but they don’t have it. I even place a mobile order twice from my phone because smoothies were available on mobile app but when i go for a pick up after waiting estimated time of preparing. Staff said ‘we do not have smoothies, you can have small shake instead. I have to get a shake instead of smoothie which i don’t like all the time because its too sweet for me. This is the only branch near by, i can’t even go somewhere else, rest of the locations are far away from my house. Kindly fix the matter or you will lose a guest.

Didn't get my order right , stingy on toppings - don't waste your time and energy and here, I asked my so small toppings and she said that's how there location is , I told her the other locations always give way more , it was so awful , I'm gonna have to throw this blizzard and sundae away as there are barely any toppings .

Have been a fan of DQ for the longest time. They offer a great blend of vanilla based ice cream and other delicacies. Their blizzards are quite famous and they are not to be missed. This location also offers food options and a variety of ice cream cakes to choose from. A tasty blend of treats with patio access gives a good option for either dining in or take out. Since they renovated, someone behind in the kitchen is likely measuring the ice cream served, especially the blizzards... they are never to the brim and always 3/4 on the cup... that someone, hopefully you are reading this and giving people their monies worth!?
Parking: Parking is generally available, but at times, a bit away from this specific joint.
