Dairy Queen (Treat)

got a treatzza from here. was definitely spoiled, the ice cream completely lost its flavour and tasted sour. went back and got a refund.

been here many times before for slushies and small items, never had an issue. but this was in the “back” freezer, so maybe something went wrong there.

also pretty sure there’s usually some sort of label on the plastic cover, but this didn’t have anything on it. thinking it’s possible they ripped it off because it was past expiry.

Really bad experience!!! Worst customer service… Even the employee doesn’t have knowledge about there own menu .. And answer very rudely … It was my last visit !!!

Ordered a log cake for birthday and there was almost nothing on the inside of the cake. Was basically a log of just chocolate ice cream. So disappointed will never get again from here.

Uncle made me very sad today. I asked for a small crunchin cookie blizzard and he gave it to me without any oreos. I decided to let it be, but the more i kept eating, i started seeing and tasting chocolate around the cup. I went back and asked uncle to remake it and he was telling me there was no chocolate when he could clearly see the residue. He remade my blizzard half way done, not mixed, and once again no oreos. After remaking it, he aggressively dropped it onto the counter without flipping it. Do better. 😔

DQ is the manifestation of corporate greed. Why do I have to go through such an extent to just get 1 small cone of ice-cream??? First you have to download an app, create an account, buy something first to accumulate points, and only then you can get 1 small cone. It feels very scummy. Baskin Robbins better, at least they don't misguide customers.

Went there at 8:15 pm on Sunday. Website says they close at 9 pm but the man behind cash refused to serve me. He was already cleaning treat machine. I drove 3 km for my son and was not even served. Brampton

Went in for some blizzards and sundaes, the elderly gentleman was kind and was understanding of a few changes I made to my order which was much appreciated. Will definitely come back to this location again! Thank you!

Ordered a banana split from here and the girls that were working did not wash their hands prior to food handling. You’re slicing a banana, using your bare hands and transferring it into the container. Either wear gloves or wash your hands.. it’s pretty simple.

Don’t go to this place , there was this middle aged lady , I asked for blizzard and she didn’t even blend it , there was whole white soft serve that I could see and just put chunks inside when I showed her that blizzard is all white there’s just soft serve she took my cup and blended that used cup . Waste of money and time , maybe change your staff guys or close your station

Very good service, uncle working here is really very nice and kind, his service is great , recommended location especially try choco chip and oreo blizzard here 😍
