Ordered a banana split from here and the girls that were working did not wash their hands prior to food handling. You’re slicing a banana, using your bare hands and transferring it into the container. Either wear gloves or wash your hands.. it’s pretty simple.

Don’t go to this place , there was this middle aged lady , I asked for blizzard and she didn’t even blend it , there was whole white soft serve that I could see and just put chunks inside when I showed her that blizzard is all white there’s just soft serve she took my cup and blended that used cup . Waste of money and time , maybe change your staff guys or close your station

We bought a cake here for Thanksgiving. When we opened it up after dinner, it tasted sour and gross which is not like an ice cream cake should be. I tried to call and see if I can get a refund but no one answered the phone.
Please be aware of what you buy here.

TERRIBLE experience today. DO NOT HAVE A CAKE MADE AT THIS LOCATION. I ordered a week in advance hoping to get a well made and aesthetically pleasing cake for my boyfriend. They gave me a cake that looks like it was made by a child. The writing was terrible the sides were messed up. I asked the girl if she could re do the writing or give me a different pre made cake and I could do it myself she was RUDE. She said there is nothing she could do and the cake was done by a professional. It most definitely was not. I ended up getting a refund and going to baskin robins. BAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD OVERALL EXPERIENCE IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Ordered a small dipped cone and the chocolate was so thin I could see the ice cream and on top of that the cone was stale and soft 😖

Their is a old guy whoes behaviour is so bad towards customer and also with me i am waiting for my mobile order for more than 30 min after that i asked for food he rudly said me to cancel the order worse customer service worse dq outlet

TBH never go to this store. They are totally scam not one of the employee all of the employees have problem with customer. Their only problem is with mobile order whenever you will do mobile order or redeem collected points they usually say we haven’t got your order in front of my eyes the employee torn the receipt that they get from the screen. Worst DQ I ever visted never go to this store?. The picture shown below is they cancelled my order first later when I ordered again they made the excuse. Never come to this store.

Went today for the $0.50 ice cream cone after work with my friend. He has the deal on his phone but i couldn’t get my barcode for the deal. Went to the place and asked the guy working if he could make an exception and he refused in a rude tone saying “do you know how many people came today and redeemed the code!” Like it was our fault Dairy Queen released a promo offer?, but fine I didn’t have the code, you don’t have to take it, that’s alright and all, Then my friend who claimed the offer and HAS the code on his phone tried to order the cone. The person then refused again because he said “if there’s no barcode I’m not giving you the ice cream” all he had to do was put in 5 numbers in the system because we couldn’t go to the previous screen on the app that had the barcode. So we had the offer and he refused to put it in to save himself $2.50 on ice cream because a lot of people that day redeemed it ?!? Worst dairy queens ever. If you’re gonna run a place do it properly. Wouldn’t go here even if I was starving.

I would not even give 1 star to this DQ location only because how they treat their customers especially the lady owner there. My wife order blizzard and she found taste a bit different. So we provided genuine feedback to the owner and in return she started arguing. Funny part was that she also asked me leave premises and more funnier was to threaten me by calling security. I have never seen any restaurant or any services in Canada to threaten their customers for providing feedback. Anyways very funny visit to one of the worst DQ location.

The staff at Dairy Queen is friendly but insufficient, sometimes lead to disservice.

The older Sikh gentleman, likely the owner, is stingy, which negatively impacts the overall experience and reputation of Dairy Queen.

Increase in staffing is much needed.

worst place to visit. I get something from dairy Queen every weekend. mostly from James Potter outlet which is very good.i ordered hot fudge shake and they didn't even add softserve. It was watery with just cream and hot fudge.AND WORST PART. PERSON SERVING HAD CHEWING GUM (CHEWING LIKE A COW) I TOLD THEM IT'S AGAINST FOOD SAFETY.I REMAINED THERE FOR AROUND 15MIN TO FINISH MY OTHER FOOD AND SHE NEVER STOPPED EATING AND NEVER CARED.WORST PART WAS THE SHAKE.I'm concerned if she'll respond the same way if i serve food having mouth full of PAAN and not even apologize when questioned.so pathetic to find big restaurant chain give franchise to irresponsible owner

The owner of this place (older Sikh gentlemen) should not be owning an established franchise like this, let him stick to a mom and pop shop.Had an app deal for two drinks. Man seemed upset I was using the deal. He put the smallest amount of whip cream and caramel on the drink. I asked him to put some more and he said that the drink I was getting was at a discount and refused to put more. I told him he barely put any whip cream, and he just ignored me.Anyways if I get something on a discount I'm not expecting the quality to also be on a discount.Very poor service and by the rest of the reviews on here, this owner should lose his franchise rights.

I had a disappointing experience at Dairy Queen with an unhelpful employee (probably the owner of the franchise location) who seemed more concerned with money than customer satisfaction. My wife tried to order a Reese Royal Blizzard with peanut butter topping, but the older man just sold her a regular one without explaining the difference. Instead of resolving the issue, he argued and raised his voice. This reflects poorly on Dairy Queen, and I plan to bring it up with head office. Ice cream is supposed to make people happy, but this man was only interested in profit. It's a shame he couldn't do his job properly and advise customers on the products.We did the adult thing and just paid extra for the peanut butter topping. Shame on him for being so petty over $1
