I will say the positives first. The place looks okay and has a decent hang out area. However they are extremely cheap! I pay for extra toppings for my blizzard and every time they barely put any. The machine is watery most of the time. Worst dairy cream in Brampton.

I'm not sure when they started making this, but make sure you read the small writing on the cake labels. My dad went to buy a cake for my mom's birthday, and he made sure with the worker there that this was the regular ice cream cake. When he brought it home, I saw the writing, and it is just ice cream shaped as a cake. What a waste

I recently visited Dairy Queen around 12 AM, right at their closing time. Initially, the staff informed us that they were closed, which was completely understandable. However, to our surprise, they came back and offered to take our order anyway! This gesture truly made our night.
The kindness and exceptional service from the employee went above and beyond, especially given the late hour. They didn't rush us at all, and the ice cream was, as always, delicious. It's rare to find such dedication and customer care these days. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location—not just for their great treats, but for the amazing people who work there. Thank you for making our visit so special!
A new staff member, a young man I hadn't seen before, was not only unprofessional in his service but also made me uncomfortable by continually staring . His behavior and the quality of his service were disappointing. I hope this feedback helps in improving the customer experience at this location.
