We bought foods from Dalchini yesterday. The food looked great. But it was so salty we threw the food. Chef needs to taste before serving.

We had high hopes for Dal Chini, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. We ordered the shrimp soup and dry Manchurian, but neither dish was particularly flavorful or enjoyable. The shrimp soup lacked depth, and the dry Manchurian was not well-seasoned, leaving us disappointed.
The ambiance of the restaurant also left much to be desired—it felt dull and didn't have a welcoming vibe. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and we expected better for the price. There’s definitely room for improvement in both the food quality and atmosphere.

Customer service is not good. They need to work a lot on how to talk and treat customers.

I recently visited Dalchini hakka Chinese restaurant , and it was an amazing experience. The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the panner dishes. Pratima karki , was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it perfect for a relaxed evening. I also want to recommend this restaurant to everybody.

We ordered a fried rice, a chilli mushroom, chicken pakora and a shrimp at Dalchini Torbram location . We were so disgusted to find a dead fly in the fried rice. We had to throw away the dinner. I’m just worried that my family and I would end up sick !?
I ordered Veggie Hot Garlic Noodles and specifically said I wanted Spicy and not Extra Spicy. However, upon eating the noodles, we realized that they made it Extra Extra Spicy. After calling the store again, we requested to return the barely eaten noodles for a fresh box however we were not treated nicely and didn’t listen to our request. The noodles were so spicy to the point that our tongues are numb and we lost our taste. We are loyal customers and always order this however the spice level has never been this extreme. If you want good customer service and want to be satisfied with your order then I don’t recommend this place.

Ordered veg Manchurian with gravy yesterday was very not as expected no gravy and taste was not so good
Consistency wise, their food tastes the same most of the time. Price wise, although they are a bit pricey, the portions are huge so it justified. They use basmati rice which is a bit weird, and their menus a bit confusing especially for first time customers. Normally get a rice dish, noodle dish, their dragon paneer and a vegetable/manchurian dish with it costing around $70 on average which is fair for the amount of food you get. Avoid their lunch specials, they’re flavourless and pretty nasty tasting. Not the best Hakka ever, but one of the better ones for this area. Worth visiting at least once.
