The bhature we ordered had an unpleasant, bitter smell and tasted bitter as well. The chole dish contained only masala, with no actual chole. Whether you order by phone or in person, you're still required to wait at the front, even if you arrive at the suggested time.

I have been getting chole bhature from the owner since before the truck was operational. The taste has gone down since the truck has open i have ordered twice from them since the truck is operational and have been disappointed. I wish the taste was as good as it was before when they use to cook at home. After a long search i found this place who cooked chole bhature exactly like delhi but commercialization consumes you. I wish you all the best. But never ordering again.

Prepare yourself for an explosive burst of flavors and an experience that defies all expectations! I simply cannot fathom the negative reviews – it's as if those people were living on another planet or have never truly savored exceptional food before. Trust me, I consider myself a food connoisseur, and even I couldn't believe the sheer delight that awaited me at this Indian street style food truck. Now, let me share a little secret with you – I'm no amateur when it comes to culinary arts. In fact, I'm a pro at making food, and it took me years of dedication to master the elusive recipe of Sholey Bhaturey. But guess what? The Bhature and Sholey served here outshined my own creations, leaving me in awe of their culinary prowess.Oh, but that's not all. Picture this: lightly pickled carrots and radish, luxuriating in a tantalizingly flavorful, savory, and tangy dressing. It's a taste that transcends borders and transports you straight to the heart of that vibrant street food cart (ਰੇੜੀ) where you once experienced the finest cuisine of your homeland. After my initial visit, I couldn't resist returning for an encore, and this time, I decided to embark on an adventurous journey through their entire menu. I ordered all three mouthwatering combos they had to offer, and each one surpassed the last in its brilliance. But let's not forget my first time, just a week ago, when I discovered their unforgettable allu tikki noodle burger – a moment that instantly converted me into an ardent fan.Believe me when I say this – I traveled all the way to India this winter in January, hoping to find a taste comparable to their allu tikki noodle burger. But alas, my quest was in vain, as not even in the land of its origin could I find its equal. The bar had been set impossibly high, and this food truck had triumphed where others faltered. Now, I must confess, I usually approach new food experiences in Brampton with trepidation. The dismal track record of poor and tasteless dishes had left me disillusioned and hesitant to try anything new. But this food truck shattered my doubts, exceeded all expectations, and left me utterly enchanted with every single bite.Kudos to the hardworking family behind this culinary masterpiece, hailing from Delhi and infusing their dishes with boundless love and passion. I am left speechless, for words cannot truly capture the brilliance they serve on each plate. My sincerest wish is that they continue to flourish, and I envision a day when they grace us with a full-fledged restaurant. Oh, the mere thought of dining in with them sends shivers of excitement down my spine. However, there's something magical about the food truck ambiance that adds a distinct charm to the whole experience.During my visit, I cherished the pleasure of indulging in their sumptuous offerings with my beloved family, seated cozily in the car. It was an experience that rendered it all worthwhile, and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. In conclusion, this food truck is a shining gem amidst the culinary landscape of Brampton and beyond. If you haven't ventured into its magical realm yet, I implore you to do so at the earliest opportunity. I can say with utmost certainty that you'll be thanking me profusely for introducing you to this gastronomic wonderland!

I am very very unpleased. I never write reviews but I'm so disappointed in my experience here I have to. I ordered one noodle burger they told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Long story short it took 50 minutes. Their food is okay but in my opinion it is a bit overpriced. Regardless of this I chose to buy the burger but it really isn't worth it when I had to stand outside and wait for so long. I came 30 minutes after ordering and was told it would take 5 more minutes. I paid and waited, when I came back there was a long line so I waited on the side where the girl that took my payment could see me and could give me my food after the customer ordered. She saw me but ignored me and when I waited in line several people cut the line and the girl seemed to not notice at all when I decided it was enough I went up and said I was here for pick up, she handed me the bag in 2 seconds. Why did I have to end up waiting so long when it would only take 2 seconds to give me my order. Then when I tried to call later and speak to a manager the girl hung up my call after I asked to speak to a manager and continued to decline my call everytime I tried calling. It's okay to make mistakes but to completely disregard the problem and not make an effort to atleast listen is something completely unacceptable.

I usually don't review the places but this experience made me do it. Worst Chana bhatura i ever tried. Was feeling sick whole day after having that oily and uncooked chana bhatura. Salad was literally smelling.

The cherry on the top is that the owner herself is from Delhi, so I knew before going I can expect the flavour of Delhi food. And I wasn’t wrong. When we met the owner she’s as humble and hospitable as one can be.Being from Delhi your first choice on the menu will always be Chole bhature and momos, so we went ahead with the same selection.Chole bhature is far and above expectations. With the price and flavour of the Chole bhature, it was a steal deal. Have been living in Canada for almost 13 years now and have not come across anything that comes this close to the Delhi ke Chole bhature. The momos reminded me of Delhi streets specially the fried momos. The chutney she served was the actual momos chutney that you get in Delhi, same garlic flavour. The only thing is the price compared to the portion size of the momos was a little too much.We tried the chicken roll as well. My suggestion to the owner is if they can remove all the veggies from the wrap and just add and omelette m, it’ll take another turn in the flavour just like the kolkata kathi rolls that you get in Delhi.Overall, I loved the flavours, hospitality and I went back with satisfaction and a big smile on my face. The owner can work on the prices of momos or maybe the portion size of the same.
