I had a wonderful experience at Demetres! From the moment I walked in, Sohrab was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The service was quick, and everything was presented beautifully. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction. The ice cream was rich and flavorful, absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for both the sweet tooth and the great service!

Julius the chef is an extremely hard worker seen from our table and in the delicious food. Saba was nice. The sofas could use a deep cleaning though.
Got the red velvet cake slice from here 2 times. Was disappointed both the times. Bread was sooo dry. Tasted like an old cake. Wastage of money and time.

Use to come here all the time however, each time we visit this location, the customer service is terrible. The waiters do not come to you in a timely manner for your order, nor do they show up when you’re asking for the bill. I tried to get the attention of 3 waiters today and was ignored by all. Not sure if they are overwhelmed however, it’s not great customer service when you’re avoiding the customer.
