Service is great here! I enjoy it every single time! Demetres has always been a monthly treat for myself and this location and the Courtney Park one are my go to!I ordered “Spill the Tea” a spring add on but I usually get a tongue depressor ice cream on a waffle!

The place has a limited seating capacity, so do expect wait times. They have a good combination of sweets/ ice creams. Prices are reasonable and the quantity is very good.

Exceptional place ? very nice pleasing staff, good service, excellent options to eat for everyone. Highly recommended ? You won't be disappointed. Best part, they update their menu every 3 months and have a new printed menu with new options.. So there is something new for all.
Went mid-day on a Thursday so we were the only ones there at the time, but I’ve never had a problem here, they’re always really great and the service is always awesome. The server at the time was super sweet!

Do not go here. I went there with my girlfriend on valentines day. There was quite a few empty tables. We were seated by the girl at the front. The floor servers were too worried about setting the tables up for more guests then serving the guests that were seated. 4 tables were seated at least 10 min. after us, and every single one of them were attended to before us. Not one person acknowledged us. We finally just up and left after waiting 20 min with no service. Of i could leave a no star review and still be able to post it, i would. Terrible service.
The menu is awesome. There are a lot of choices for the sweethooth. That n8ght we went there - our group came across a waiter who was not enthusiastic about serving us ... she looked annoyed ? ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free desert is available.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes yes yes

Went there last night. There were empty tables and we still waited 20 minutes before anyone greeted us and to take us to our table. People cut in line and they didn't even bother asking who was next (us by the way) which meant extra minutes of wait on top. Had to ask 3 people for water 4 times before getting it after 10 minutes. I ordered a cake and a crepe. The cake came after 20 min. When asked the server about the crepe, he looked at the counter, said it will be here shortly and left to serve other people. I watched my crepe with melting ice cream sitting on their counter for a good 10 min while my wife was waiting for it. Needless to say, we waited an hour with no dessert so we had to get up and leave. Shameful customer service for a brand like Demetres
