Been a while since I came to this location the person who was serving me was really nice I ordered the all canadian slam the everything was delicious I also got a cold brew which was also delicious I will come back to this location in the future for sure

I came here to celebrate my son’s birthday and the amount of time that we had to wait was more than an hour and a half Before we got food, they proceeded to then come around and say that they had asked our group if we were ready to order food and somebody said no that was not the case we were ready to order our food right after our drink orders were taken furthermore once we tried to express our concerns we were told that we were being unreasonable. This place is complete trash and the staff and Manager do not care about customer service. They lack compassion and lack communication. It was more than two hours before my group got our food and we had small children as well as a pregnant individual. we were here since 1130 and it is 130 and still haven’t received some of our meals. Absolutely ridiculous.

Gone are the days when your server greets you and offers you drinks. The server shows up once to take your entire order, once to serve with a robot, and then never again. You have to go to the front door to pay. We hadn't been here in a while and it was really disappointing. We never got drink refills, coffee warmups; was even going to order more food but couldn't catch our server.

Went to Denny’s today and was very disappointed with the food quality and service. The home fries looked extremely dark, like they were cooked in old oil, and didn’t taste fresh at all—just oily and overcooked.
Fruit was not served at all, and when I asked, I was told it costs extra. At other Denny’s locations, fruit is included with the meal, especially when ordered with an omelette, so this was surprising and disappointing.
Overall, the food quality was poor and the experience did not meet the standard I’ve had at other Denny’s locations.

I came to Denny’s for my birthday and told the receptionist that it was my birthday!
She was an old grumpy white lady. She did not greet me or wish me. She just told me that I have to order 2 drinks and a meal to get the birthday offer. Then I showed her what the website says. Her response was we don’t do that. She was utterly rude and disrespectful. She treaded us harshly. I felt that she is a racist. I will never visit this location ever again.
I hope the management would take actions towards such disgraceful customer service.

The staff here are horrible, especially at night. The ratings speak for themselves. They can’t even maintain 4 stars with over 3000 reviews!!! Embarrassing
I've been to this location many times and the grandkids love the robot cat that brings your food to the table. Don't worry, it isn't AI that is going to eliminate jobs, the waiter still puts your meal on the table. It is an ergonomic friend so they don't have to carry all the meals to the table. They have a great selection and breakfast all day. There is also a discount for seniors over the age of 55.

Went in at 1am expecting subpar food and service. Went beyond my expectations of horrible food and subpar service. The Oreo milkshakes were good as always. But the pancakes were dry and had a hint of cardboard taste. The bacon was too salty. & and the eggs tasted like a rubber chicken. But the sausage I would order again. The server was nice and food came out quick. I expected bad food at 1am. And they met the expectation of that.

Early morning breakfast turned into a great find! Amazing hot chocolate, delicious food, and we loved the loaded veggie omelet, spicy sizzlin skillet —perfect portion. Excellent service. Highly recommend for breakfast or the all-day menu.

Went last weekend for a birthday party. Watched an employee be disrespectful to two separate black guests, two separate incidents within the hour. It was hard to watch and I will not be back to this location.
