We have been going there long time and every time food is great. Kids just love going there for anytime meals and they love catty server. Delicious.

I went for my birthday. As per the website, I was to get a grandslam breakfast for free on my birthday. On arrival to the restaurant, there is a sign on the door saying the birthday deal had been amended to ordering at least two meals and two drinks before receiving the free meal…Bummer. A definite bummer considering it was my birthday.

Food good as always, always so slow to take out order... even to greet us generally takes 15 mins... too long in my opinion. Otherwise the little robots cute but plays is music too loud in the dining room..

Server was nice, but that's the only good thing I can say.
My food tasted disgusting, hashbrowns cooked in old oil tasted like crayons, our server had to ask the back 4 times to bring a lousy side of mayo and my food was cold by the time it came, and was discoloured and tasted sour.
Server apologized and offered to have it remade but I don't trust the cook would have remade it with new..
The country steak and loaded tater tots were good.

I was there on October 25 for my daughter's birthday and got Julie as our waitress. She was very pleasant. She made our night exceptional. With an attitude like hers she definitely should get a raise.. She definitely made my princess day..
Vegetarian options: I can't have meat so, I had scrambled eggs with pancake and hashbrown. Excellent choices..
Nice customer service and the food was packed and ready to go for a pick up on time ! Highly recommended

Very poor service, drops off food and never comes back to check up on you. I hate when you have one poor waitress ruin it for the whole franchise. I've been here before multiple times and experienced good service. Will just assume it's a bad day for the server and give it another try sometime in the future.

My experience was bad, I always visit Dennis to have breakfast with my girls, I arrived at 9:20 and they served me the food at 10:00 am!!! They didn't care about the table, I noticed that it changed a lot this last year, they should talk to the manager of the place, these delays are due to carelessness or lack of staff, also the women's bathrooms have broken ceilings and there is no privacy, the bathroom literally has no cleaning maintenance, it is a hotbed of infection, I am an old client Dennis Brampton
