I went Doaba on my bday to order Thali. I really love the taste of their signature and regular veggie also they give me free pastry treat and their staff wish me happy bday with their beautyful smile. Thanks Doaba. Recommend to all its really worth it their thali.

I'm really disappointed with my last visit. There were cracked spices on everything. It is very different than having a few whole pieces to enhance the flavor. This was on another level. It burned my whole mouth and I can handle hot food. It really ruined the whole eating experience. We used to love this place as it was one of the first vegetarian restaurant in the 2000s in Brampton but the quality has just gone down severely.

I want to share my disappointment with our recent visit to Doaba Sweets & Restaurant. While the food itself was excellent and the server attending us was very pleasant, the behavior of the manager (the lady wearing red bangles) left us shocked.
We had requested one extra paratha, and she told us it would take 20 minutes. Since that seemed a bit long, we decided to cancel it politely. Instead of responding professionally, she dismissed us by saying “Go to your table, we’ll see about canceling.” Even after that, when I respectfully asked for containers to pack our food, she gave an unpleasant look, ignored me for a while, and then finally brought containers that were way too small. We had ordered two large items (Dal Makhni and Aloo Gobi) along with Raita, and it was obvious the small boxes she gave couldn’t hold them properly.
The entire experience became so disappointing that we ended up leaving all the food there, even though the bowls were still full. It’s very frustrating that despite paying for good food, the lack of basic courtesy and hospitality from the manager ruined everything.
Doaba really needs to reconsider who they put in charge, because the food and servers deserve credit — but this manager’s unprofessional attitude is driving customers away.

We were extremely disappointed with the way the manager treated us at Doaba Sweets & Restaurant. While the food was truly amazing (no complaints there) and the lady who served us was very kind, the manager’s attitude ruined our experience.
We had asked for an extra paratha and were told it would take 20 minutes. Since that felt too long, we decided to cancel it. Instead of handling the situation politely, the manager acted as if she owned the place and told my partner, “Go to your table, we’ll see about canceling.” My partner was still respectful and requested a container, yet she made a strange face, ignored him, and only later brought containers that were ridiculously small. We had ordered two large curries (dal makhni and aloo gobi) with raita — clearly those small boxes couldn’t fit a proper large portion.
It’s shocking that someone so unwelcoming and unprofessional is in charge. The food and servers deserve credit, but the manager seriously needs training in basic hospitality and customer service. Very disappointed with her behavior.

Doaba sweets has been my go to restaurant from past 6 years and Ioved their chana bhatura. Today, I had the worst experience ever since I started coming here. Chana tasted sour as if it had gone bad, the guy who was working on tables messed up my order. I always like the service here but today the service given by him was the worst ever. Totally disappointed by the food and especially service. I dont think I will be coming back in future based on how it went today.

Do not try Fish Pakora, worst taste and very bad and strong smell, waste of money. Even the veg biryani was not too good it seems like a fried rice not biryani.
