I tried to order a cake for my daughter’s first birthday. When I initially contacted the store the communication was great. We finalized all the details by email and then they told me I will receive the invoice next week. I didn’t receive any invoice that next week. The following week I tried contacting them by email with no response, one week later again I tried contacting them by email and again no response. I even stopped in to the store, during store hours and the lady working there said the owner will contact me which the owner never did. I tried one more time to contact them by calling the store this time, no one answered so I left a voicemail and again no one contacted me. Very bad service. Now I am left scrambling for a special cake just a couple weeks before my daughter’s first birthday. How sad. I do not recommend this place!!! Give your customers better service and at least contact them back. Terrible.

I ordered a cake from this bakery for my mother’s 60th birthday. I had specifically asked it to be pink and gold with chocolate dripping down the sides to match the decor I had already bought for the event. It was very easy to communicate and she made my vision come to life. It was very easy to pick up the cake and it also tasted great. I will definitely order from here again when I need a cake for a special event.

We ordered a ferrero rocher cake for birthday. Though the look of the cake is good and very photogenic but the taste isn't great. For the price point you expect a lot more.
