This was my first time ordering and it was amazing! The online order form was quick and easy to fill out and I’m so happy they offered delivery (for a fee). I received a phone call to confirm the details in minutes. The baker immediately understood the vision I was trying to create, it was so cute! The taste and quality was incredible. We ordered a ferrero rocher cake for birthday. Though the look of the cake is good and very photogenic but the taste isn't great. For the price point you expect a lot more.
Worst & Pathetic cake ever!! Dry bread, extra sweet icing , just destroyed the whole mood. Not sure who are these people who has given these good reviews, might be owner’s relatives and friends only. Wish there is an option of negative stars . and irony is this that they have kept $40 shipping for delivery a big lol but the owner said that this time they can deliver free as it’s very nearby , what a LOL. please stop giving these pathetic cakes to people.

I am so dissappointed with the customer service at dolcezza. I called the store to ask about custom cake that i wamted to order. The girl at the store said she had no clue about anything so i should email the details to manager. I emailed the manager and got the reply after 7pm. I was not properly staisfied with the conversation over email because i wamted to ask couple more things and take suggestions. I decided to visit the store next day , i met the same girl she had no idea how much a cake would cost, what kind fondant work they can do, and how can she hele me.she again email the manager. I was so disappointed and angry that I am not getting any kind of help and response.I again decided to email with the question i wanted to ask.I did not get any reply from the manag cor whoever was talking to me over the email.This is worst kond of customer servcice o have ver seen. If you guys do not want to take a cake order, please let the customer know. The staff left me hanging in the wait for a reply. Thats really the worst kind of customer service.
