This is the worst store that I ever had to do with babys . So when I got my pizza, it was burnt and when I tried to call her about that she nothing but gave me a hard time kept on hanging up on me at first told me she had to go talk to her manager, so she wouldn't put me on hold went to go talk to her manager. Comments back to tell me that her manager said she can't do nothing about it thand I ask, can I please speak to the manager. She tells us oh, the manager is not here.I've been now trying for over an hour. I even went. As to try to call another Domino's to help me. Because this lady was so unrude with her customer service. Interrupting me every minute, not listening. Then she went to give me a free pizza.I just had to pay the delivery of freeze well.When I went to the hotel of the address she screamed at me and hung up the phoneI've never had it so much. Rude attribute customer service in my life. And I will be calling back tomorrow I asked to speak to corporate. She could not give me that awesome. Try to explain to her. I use a Telegram app because I do not have a SIM card to place the order. And my number changes she didn't care to listen to anything. She just kept hanging up with me and then when I was calling back and it says please wait for. The next associate to answer your call.It hung up my phone call.And I did it about thirty Time

I was here for take out, however I am planning to complaint to food safety department of Brampton about this issue I saw.As kitchen is open I saw a south Asian girl, who was making pizza with:1. No gloves2. Doing cross contamination, touching meat, veggies and cheese with same hand with every different pizzas she was making.I am vegetarian and I prefer the dough and cheese that is being made should have no meat contamination. Big concern this joint need to be closed !I have video too.
