I ordered the stuffed bacon jalapeño garlic bread and specifically mentioned in the instructions that I did not want bacon in my order. However, when the food arrived, it still had bacon in it. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice right away and ended up chewing it before realizing.
As a Hindu, consuming meat is against my religious beliefs, and this incident was deeply upsetting. I do not eat meat or even eggs. This mistake not only violates my dietary restrictions but also goes against my faith.
This level of negligence is unacceptable. If immediate action is not taken to address this issue, I will be left with no choice but to take legal action. Mistakes like this not only cause significant emotional distress but also demonstrate a lack of respect for customer instructions and dietary requirements.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I visited Sunday evening at 10PM to order a pizza. The lady working, Parak, had horrifyingly bad (and against food service code) hygiene. I had to ask her to wash her hands 3 times after she touched her hair, her face, the cash register, money, debit machine, door buzzer, cell phone, etc. etc. and then shoved her dirty hands and finger nails into the dough and toppings. I watched her do this for multiple pizzas back to back while I tried to intervene in an appropriate way. Finally I just asked for a refund, stating how gross her behavior was, and she refused over and over again to refund me, saying she didn’t want her boss to know what she had done. Finally she handed me cash from her wallet to avoid the paper trail. Unbelievably disgusting. I can’t imagine what she’s touched and put into others’ pizza.
