I order from this location at least once or twice a month, sometimes even more. And almost all of the time they just update delivered on the app when they haven’t. And then 15-20 minutes later they deliver it without any communication. It’s exhausting to keep checking the door every 2 minutes. I don’t know if you guys are held upto a certain standard of the time you take deliver orders but if so then you actually need to stick to that. You need to communicate better with your customers.

When I do a mobile order mostly I need to call multiple times before they pick up and wait for 5 to 10 mins on each call before they pick up
Get service super fast and the lady who prepared pizza had a diffrent kind of zykaa in her hand. Pizza was delicious.

Ordering through their website is easy, I choose a pickup time, and my order is always ready when I arrive. The pizzas are consistently hot and fresh, and the staff are friendly and courteous, even during busy hours. Always a great experience, I’ll definitely keep coming back!
