I’ve been a loyal customer of this store since 2018 and always had great experiences—until today. I live just 200 meters away and have supported this location for years, but this was my worst customer service experience ever.
I ordered a well-done pizza for my guest, but it arrived undercooked and clearly not what I requested. When I called the store to address the issue, the staff member insisted it was well-done, refused to listen, and then hung up on me.
I even have a video showing the pizza isn’t properly cooked or up to their usual standards. It’s disappointing to see such behavior from a place I’ve trusted for so long. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning again. Also unable to upload a video on google please turn it ON

Always a pleasure to be served by Atul at 100 Peel Centre Dr (Order #75) The pizzas turn out to be delicious every single time. His welcoming smile the moment we walk in and say order for Amar Singh and him pausing all his work to make sure he asks how are you today? before handing them over and saying enjoy. Always makes us feel special. If only there were more people like him in food and service industry. 😌

worst pizza I've ever tasted. I ordered extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese on my pizza and it was cold. Will never return to this location again. ripoff.
