I’ve ordered from Eggs every weekend via Uber Eats or in person — always polite, always paying. Simple requests like swapping potatoes for fruit or reducing bread to manage carbs were never an issue — until today.
Staff member Sohana shockingly called me and yelled, saying, “You order every weekend, and this is the last time we are doing changes. We won’t be doing it anymore. It’s not acceptable.” Her tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. It left me shocked and embarrassed. I’ve never experienced this level of rudeness in hospitality.
This is a complete failure in customer service and hospitality training. If this is how your staff treat regulars, I’m done. I’m switching to Pur & Simple across the street — better menu, professional staff, more flexible, and frankly, more welcoming.
This isn’t just about one order — it’s about a long-term customer being humiliated for being loyal.
I will be sharing this across local community groups, social media, and food review platforms, so others are warned about this toxic behavior. Unless action is taken, this review stays — and so does my recommendation to try Pur & Simple instead.

My husband and I went to Eggsmart for breakfast after my Pilates class, and we had a fantastic experience! I had the Traditional Breakfast, and he had the Keto Breakfast Plate both were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. A special thank you to Preeti for her amazing service friendly, attentive, and made our morning even better. Service was a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped at Eggs Smart after the Club Pilates class to get the Keto Breakfast Plate... our server Preeti was very good. When we asked about different items on the menu she was able to give good information and was even helped my wife pick a dish that she enjoyed. The food came out in a timely manner and the atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet and very clean.

Love this place! I often visit for brunch when I’m in the area. The food is delicious - love the avacado toast. I appreciate that they have turkey bacon and are willing to make accommodations are go that extra mile. Highly recommend.

It was monday morning. We asked a very basic question about the ingredients in one of the dish. And she responded she is new and ahe does not know when I suggested to ask cook she said he was new as well he wouldnt know. After few minutes owner arrives and gave such a irrelevant answer with his ugly face who himself didnt knew dish. Server spilled over a coffee on our table and did not clean at all. Will never return

We went here because Pur and Simple had a long wait and thought how bad could it be? Everything about this place was horrible. The staff are sooo slow and almost clueless. Took over 10 mins to take our order, and over 5-7 mins to bring out our coffee. Though the food came out quick - it was horrible! Worse than cafeteria food. We wouldn’t visit again, and would not recommend this place.

Looks like a non Canadian place at all ! the waitresses have poor English hard to understand. The food was terrible. The steaks one was undercook the the other very dry! Egg whites so oily couldn't eat it. Zero greens on the plates. Very disappointing. Never going back.
We went for quick breakfast today. It was great experience. Service by Sabiya was extraordinary, she takes care of every little thing while you enjoy your food

Very bad service and food, they gave us a three little cubes of watermelon, and a oily home fries, when I asked for change the home fries they gave us a big plate of fries but same super oily we couldn't even eat them, they gave us a smoothie very thick, it’s the first and last time that were visited you guys

We had a lovely breakfast at Eggsmart! We were warmly greeted by Priya, who also served us our meal. She was incredibly sweet with my kid, who stayed happily engaged with the coloring sheet while waiting. My child really enjoyed the kids’ meal, especially the pancakes. The owner also stopped by briefly to check on us, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great experience with wonderful servce!
