Very bad experience the food was cold and the owner touched the plate claiming it was hot but the food itself was cold. The server said the owner will come but he never bothered to come. All we ordered was eggs and waffles and when we said it’s cold they did not bother do find a solution and the sunny side up was burnt and they said that’s how we cook it. Overall very disrespectful the server was sarcastic and seemed very uninterested in what we had to say. Do not recommend.

Terrible—bacon was undercooked, and it was obvious fewer than three eggs were used. We’ve ordered from the Sandalwood location before and the presentation was much better. Never had an issue with the egg portion until now.

We have been to so many breakfast places and this is one of the worst breakfast places we have ever been to. Breakfast is supposed to be fresh and hot, it was neither fresh nor hot. The food tasted really bad as if it was pre cooked . We had asked them to add sausages to the omelette and they gave it separately saying that the chef forgot and did nothing about it. Not adding sausages to eggs clearly makes us believe the food was pre cooked. Home fries were pre cooked, full of salt and just lightly warmed. Fruit bowl wasn’t even worth eating. All meals were bad tasting and no way they were cooked fresh. We complained to them several times and they did nothing about it. At last, they didn’t even work with us. This is not the way to treat customers. We are highly disappointed and don’t recommend anyone to visit this place if they want fresh breakfast.

I’ve ordered from Eggs every weekend via Uber Eats or in person — always polite, always paying. Simple requests like swapping potatoes for fruit or reducing bread to manage carbs were never an issue — until today.
Staff member Sohana shockingly called me and yelled, saying, “You order every weekend, and this is the last time we are doing changes. We won’t be doing it anymore. It’s not acceptable.” Her tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. It left me shocked and embarrassed. I’ve never experienced this level of rudeness in hospitality.
This is a complete failure in customer service and hospitality training. If this is how your staff treat regulars, I’m done. I’m switching to Pur & Simple across the street — better menu, professional staff, more flexible, and frankly, more welcoming.
This isn’t just about one order — it’s about a long-term customer being humiliated for being loyal.
I will be sharing this across local community groups, social media, and food review platforms, so others are warned about this toxic behavior. Unless action is taken, this review stays — and so does my recommendation to try Pur & Simple instead.

My husband and I went to Eggsmart for breakfast after my Pilates class, and we had a fantastic experience! I had the Traditional Breakfast, and he had the Keto Breakfast Plate both were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. A special thank you to Preeti for her amazing service friendly, attentive, and made our morning even better. Service was a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped at Eggs Smart after the Club Pilates class to get the Keto Breakfast Plate... our server Preeti was very good. When we asked about different items on the menu she was able to give good information and was even helped my wife pick a dish that she enjoyed. The food came out in a timely manner and the atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet and very clean.
